Hardcore Semi encrypted conspiracy site

I just found this thread and read the first 10 pages or so. It delivers!

I emailed her and asked a couple questions concerning brainwashing, nothing groundbreaking because I wouldn't even know where to start with it all. I don't know how many of her emails to members here have been posted, but I find it quite interesting. I had a slight internal debate on whether or not I should email her, because I know that any kind of connection with this person could be used at a later date by the good ol' PTB. But I think if you're doing right, you're justified.

Say she is completely insane and all of this is gibberish, which I do not believe, I still think that at the least sending this individual positive emails will help her someway. The link earlier in this thread of the people organizing to harass her is just disgusting and shows the lows of human beings. Nothing wrong with reaching out and trying to help someone.

I'll be reading this thread, just thought I'd say it is a very interesting subject.

Im not sure mate. To prepare one of those rectangle cards with the holes in them to reveal the words to break the code...well, you could be at it all day. You would need the deciphering sheet that would reveal the words to make up the sentence.

Its probably something much more simple, something silly.

Partly because he's taken it down now. Partly because people on that thread already did so, and partly because only a total idiot would not be able to decrypt it. He gave us the key to show what combination of letters converted into what single letter.

It was something along the lines of saying "I've been sent to help you learn more about my species; feel free."

Anyway, could we perhaps NOT derail this thread? Thanks.

if your telling me not to derail this thread dont even think a bout it because i have been following this thread for over a year now.. and i never seen anyone give any kind of key for decrypting anything...

It was hard for everyone to understand because the post and author you were referring to was censored for not being relevant to the thread, which your last post is dangerously close to as well. No need for you to enter a thread (especially a thread this large) and start bashing long time contributing members. That will not get you any points or honor around here pal.

Kurotachi: There was a post censored by the mods a little way up that by a guy advertising his own thread trying to piggyback off the amount of views this thread receives. His thread contained a very simple code with included key.

Firstly, whether he is a long-time contributor or not is entirely irrelevant. Second, it is blindingly obvious, even after the post was removed, that I was not talking about this thread, and I have little patience for people with little or no common sense, who just jump down people's throats for things they misunderstand.

Anyway, as I said more than once, I don't want to derail this thread - though, apparently, you count having to explain the obvious as derailing too - and clearly I'm not going to get an answer to my question, so I'll just be leaving.

I have looked at the site and can't make head nor tail of it, seems pretty random, what are peoples theories?

I think it might be a group of people helping each other and securely sharing thoughts and information.

I think it will be foolish to try and publicly "hack" their communications as the repurcussions could be severe for them (if their communications became public) - and thus the secrecy. There is also the possibility that the "hackers" themselves also might suffer the concequences of their own actions...

I say let them be as they never contacted any of us and challenged us to "break their codes". True privacy is a very rare commodity in this day and age and if they found a way to keep secrets secret then I say good for them.

This was on the recent posts yesterday, or it probably would have never caught my eye. I went to the initial site of debbiewins.com and checked out the first few links. The second was a link to a youtube video of a trailer for a movie released in 2009 called "Echelon Conspiracy" , so, having netflix, I decided to see if I could stream it. I could, so I sat down last evening to watch it. I have to say, pretty decent flick imho, but I have a few questions for those of you who have been discussing this for a while. I just started on this topic yesterday finding interest in the fact that the thread has been going on and off for 2 years, admittedly though I've only read the first 20 or so pages out of the now 56. The question I have is, has the page changed since after 2009? Since you were all following this long before I and I know the page is updated a lot from what I can see, I'm wondering if her initial content was on the topic of "echelon". For those of you interested in this thread, I do suggest watching it.
Also, regarding the key that seems to have sparked some debate on here...I haven't came across it in the thread either, but like I said, I've only read the first 20 or so pages. But I did come across this on the federalwitness.info page linked to the debbiewins.com site: www.federalwitness.info... and www.federalwitness.info... Both of those seem to shed some light on some of the "rambles" "she" spouts. The info page references the seemingly mindless placement of numbers, and the definitions page helps reference the word "jumbles."

Indeed, both sites gets updated quite regularly - thus why the "student writing a thesis" story seems to be nonsense.

It seems both sites could be interpreted in different ways - depending on who is reading them. To a normal person the sites seems gibberish and ramblings of a mad woman, but to an "investigator" (of sorts) one notices certain words used in the sites like "Cipher", "cryptic" and "keyword" and many, many other "cipher lingo".

The federalwitness "Baby-Edgar.html" page possibly refers to all of the prior "debbiewins.com" sites, but always seem to contain more relevant information on the page immediately following the "Baby-Edgar.html" page (this page's name usually starts with 3 numerics). Also this numerical page have a reference to the next name and date an update is expected (the numerical numer increases).

The debbiewins site (and also fedralwitness numerical page) contains a "$" amount - this might be a Message Authentication Code of some sort.
As per the federalwitness "Baby Edgar" page:

If you want something that costs $ from your bank on you bank card, then it should be authorized by you before applied. If the bank wants to give you a free toaster or points on every time you use your card and it costs the customer nothing to receive, it should be applied without the customer's authorizations.

It is my guess that these sites uses a number of different ciphers.

But alas, all of this is a moot point as you will have to have more information and help to crack this.
Maybe one could mail the address on the debbiewins site or use the federalwitness "contact us" page for more info?

i have tried the contact on federalwitness to no avail! numerous times even but anyone who emails debbie wins seems to always get a reply but only a few times then she never speaks to you again... i have already used my tries and got absolutely nothing from her but i wasnt trying to get anything out of her i was trying to see if i could befriend her but it did not work and as far as i know i was the only one the thread to have tried to befriend her. maybe you could email her and try to do some digging as me and the normal people of this thread have already used our shots at talking with her.

Every email I have sent to the debbiewins contact email has been responded to (all wthin 24 hours if I remember correctly). Something that stood about the emails was the time they were sent. I will have to go back and check but it was either between 3-4 or 4-5 in the afternoon every single email was sent. I don't know many people that only check their email once a day so that could mean something.
