I understand what you mean, but this latest ceasefire was signed by all parties. The previous ceasefires were only signed by Georgia therefore they are void.

Thats the point. They are not even spoused to be doing that. They are spoused to go back to how it was before the war.

That would be Israel.

I'm not an expert in drones, but the previously destroyed units were reported to be of Israeli origin.

Exactly.. "outskirts" which could mean within Georgian territory. There are three factions here.. Georgian, Russian and the Militia.. those who came from Russia to support their brethren..

The militias did not sign the deal.. so basically they may have free reign to do as they please.. if their looting and killing what will the Russians do? Nothing.. unless theres hard evidence their backing them..

What will the Georgians do if they come across the militias? Fight of course.. and if these skirmishes happen.. others may conclude Georgians are breaking the truce or the Russians are.

Having a lawless society will make it difficult to police those who fall under no obligations to the Russians or the Georgians.

Then again.. I could be wrong and I'm sure Russia is doing what they promised to do in 1992. Be neutral and look out for the interests of all involved in the country of Goergian.

It is Israeli and American mercenaries and advisors who are in place to violate ceasefires and keep the conflict from ending.

They shot down the Russian jets and used their advanced forward artillery to kill those peacekeepers.

The Neocons want WW3 and this is all just a part of their plan to start it.

Well Russian military officials stated they captured several Western mercenaries two days ago - who are now being interrogated in Vladikavkaz.

Well they are protecting their own troops... it's like Israel responding to Palestinians mortar... or Israel going in Lebanon to stop the shelling of their cities. That's just normal.
