Speaking for myself I would regard any information coming from Edgar Fouche with caution until I could verify his claims without proof his statements are anecdotal and a question of belief, but that is just me.

This is how he described himself in a presentation in 1998/99 :

My name is Edgar Fouche. I’m the Chairman of the Board of Fouche Media Associates, whose main claims to fame are our book Alien Rapture and our Revolutionary New Behavior Modification Software - Neurosync MIME. You can also see a picture of the TR-3B on fouchemedia.com .

Incidently I would not bother going to the website because there is nothing to see, it could be abandoned, I am not sure.

Unfortunately I don't feel qualified to discuss the science behind the theories of the propulsion for this alledged craft I know there have been many suggestions about anti-gravity, something I would love to think existed, but again there does not seem to be any no solid proof as yet.

I do not think there is any harm in speculating what might be but again personally the TR3,s have no definitive proof, of course it does not stop me hoping though that this proof turns up one day.

I will admit though that there has been an increase in FT or BT sightings since the eighties which might suggest the deployment of a delta platform that is not publicised, if it is an ultra black project it displays amazing capabilities far beyond what we see in conventional aircraft and some very strange behaviour aswell.

All the stories seem to be based of a technology which is almost exactly the same level as ours, or maybe a few dozen years in the future. The probability that another sentient species could come here and have technology which is close enough to ours that we could benefit from it has got to be very, very small.

So I think it's safe to discount all or nearly all stories of reverse-engineered alien technology.

Hey,thanks for coming by Badge, nice to hear from you again. But I don't agree that manipulating mass/gravity/electromagnetism,FTL travel,anti-gravity(maybe,we're close to it now publicly),etc is technology that we are only "a few dozen years"away from discovering and using.

Lol,I have a question; Are you male or female?I only ask cause your avatar before was some hot chick from a movie(I think) and now it is something netrual, and it is hard to tell b/w a confident female and a regular male, you know?lol

Hey,good points in your post(Starred). You are right,as I have said also there is no proof(that we mere mortals**non-elite** have, lol),just speculation, but there is more and more evidence as you stated pointing towards something. We all know that our government always has 'goodies' that no one else knows about,it is just a fact of life.I do hope, like you that by this speculation and research that something is exposed(against 'their' will)one day.I understand 'National Security',but withholding world changing technologies FOR WHATEVER PURPOSE is a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!! What does 'FT' and 'BT' mean by the way?lol

What does 'FT' and 'BT' mean by the way?

My apologies, they are acronyms for "Flying Triangle" and "Black Triangle", FT being the precurser to the BT of the eighties and beyond.

I used these terms because of the assumed shape of the TR3-b being triangular.

but withholding world changing technologies FOR WHATEVER PURPOSE is a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY

Yes I agree, but the same old problems exist with their introduction, the greed angle aside there are the industries associated with our current technology that employ millions of people any radical challenge to those will cause considerable hardship for them.

I am not sure what the answer is because we have the same problem with replacing fossil fuels although the resisitance there is more heavily loaded on the greed side.

I have to totally disagree with this, or at least not necessarily so. There are certain technologies that is better to be kept secret from public. Even though it is capable of changing the world, it doesn't mean it will change the world for the better, it could actually destroy the civilization and the current social structure as we know it.

someone posted earlier something along the lines of....just because it doesnt seem possible right now doesnt mean it wont be possible in the future. More or less we might have to rewrite what we know about physics, technology etc...
I think thats a fair point. A lot of people that post on this site really do argue about the most ridiculous things and try to claim that their point of view is the sole correct one. More or less saying that everyone else is wrong. I find it pretty hilarious reading some of the comments that are made. The hardcore "we dont have any evidence to disprove anything" debunkers are just as bad as the crazy "everythings a conspiracy" fantasists. People, this site has descended into nothing more than childish bickering and has completely lost its focus. If people would open their minds to each others opinions a bit more often things would be so much more interesting. Debunkers....you cant debunk everything with snidish childish comments....Fantasists....seriously guys....not everything is as intricate and fiendishly conspiratorial as you think.

To 'Jazzyguy' and 'Sherpa':

Yes I agree that with some technologies there would be some major economic issues, but there is no way around that.It has to happen sometime, and at the current way of things the 'microscopic scale trickle down effect' is not working,I think it is time to cut our losses and let it all in,take the losses and deal with them.As far as possible weapons, yea expose them but deal with them the way we deal with our own destructive weapons, responsibly and securely.'Ray guns' won't be an issue, but anti-matter 'bombs' or similar 'exotic' weaponry might be an issue, but just deal with it like we do nuclear weapons, point is,is that we can NOT keep living in fear of advanced exotic technology and being fearful of a major change,it HAS to happen and eventually WILL no matter who tries to stop it.

I reported my sighting of the black triangle I saw about a week and a half ago as well as a few other strange lights in the sky...but the triangle I was able to make out. I dont know what airforce base I live near but lately there is the most activity I've seen in a while (jets, helicopters, etc.) My question is what exactly are they using these crafts for or what are they planning.

I have found some more interesting information, this time of a reported "SR-75"
,I will post this now and some more tomorrow(I am tired, lol):

The Top Secret SR-75 far exceeds the classified military speed and altitude records set by the old SR-71, which could fly at a still classified Mach 3.3 and reach a ceiling of 85 thousand feet. The SR-75 attained altitudes of over 120,000 feet and speeds exceeding Mach-5, or 5 times the speed of sound. That’s over 3300 miles per hour. From take-off to landing, the stealthy 75 can make the round trip from central Nevada to Northeast Russia and back in under 3 hours. It's 162 feet long and has a wing span of 98 feet. The belly of the vehicle stands 10 feet off the ground.

It carries a crew of 3 - a pilot, a reconnaissance officer, and a launch control officer, who doubles as the electronics warfare officer.

Two methane and LOx fueled, high bypass turbo-ramjet (combined cycle) engines are housed under each wing, and the bays run some 40 feet under the wings, terminating at the trailing edge of the wing. The explosive Pulsed Detonation Wave Engines that push the huge SR-75 to speeds above Mach 5, are now reported to be pushing Mach 7, or 4500 miles per hour, with the latest engine modifications.

Although this plane has been sighted on numerous occasions, has been picked up on military radar, and the pulse detonation wave contrail it leaves behind it has been seen, the Air Force vehemently denies its existence.

The 2 large engine bay inlets located under each wing of the awesome black SR-75 mother ship, hang down 7 feet from the underside of the wing and are twelve feet wide. You could drive a Volkswagen Beetle into one of the engine exhausts. The SR-71, and 75, and the daughter ship, the SR-74, were all built by the Lockheed Advanced Development Company, commonly known as the Lockheed "Skunk-Works."

I find it odd that an insider would get outside... right? What makes the government of a secret black project let their employees run around at large knowing what they know, im sure they force these people to live secluded in their labs, not out spreading the stories of what really goes on...

Jkrog,

Please pardon me if you addressed this question already elsewhere, if you have I missed it and I apologize.

However, you stated in your original post that,

...I happened to live by one of the bases it [the aircraft known as the Aurora] came to and every morning(right at sun-up)for about 2-3 months you would be awoken by the mysterious roar of something sounding like a odd jet engine warming up(like no jet engine I've ever heard before) and then taking off.

Could you tell us where this base was located, it's name and the approximate dates that you heard those odd jet engine sounds?

I think that information may be invaluable to those who might care to investigate the claims of your source on their own.

TIA

Here is how you can tell something is an ultra black program.
It will be a concept so radically different from what you believe is possible that it will be completely new to you, totally preposterous like explaining a computer to a cave man, and completely defiant of every physical law as you understand them.

An ultra black technology is based on ultra black concepts. If you can wrap your head around the concept, then it probably is not ultra black.

I have not seen anything in this thread approaching those criteria.

Why is that? I have a BS in history and a Masters in International Studies and am horrible with spelling and grammar. In fact as a historian, I can tell you how unimportant you statement is. Grammar changes greatly over time, even in a short a period as 10 years. Not to mention the fact that a person's primary language can also make a big difference in writing.

I read an article about the F-20 one time. There was a quote by Chuck Yeager about his experience with the F-20. He said it was TOO fast and maneuverable to handle and it actually scarred him to fly it. The article also stated that this was the reason it was not bought or allowed to be sold to other countries. This could be believable; it was basically an up-engined redesigned F-5 and this was before the modern computer control systems. I can see why they would not want to buy it or have it sold to others. We would not want to buy it because of the safety issues, and other countries might be willing to deal with these issues to gain the advantage of the better maneuverability.

I have also seen a black triangular craft over my old neighborhood about 5 years ago. At first I thought it was a plane, but after it flew overhead (It was still dark, early morning) I could make out the distinctive equilateral triangle shape. It was like no craft I have ever seen in the sky. It made no noise and made my friend and me look at each other and say "what the *bleep* was that?" It looked eerily similar to the belgium triangles, but the lights were in a different pattern. Also I must note that these lights were by far the brightest I have ever seen on an airborne craft.

I've had an independant source in the Airforce tell me that the TR-3B Astra is real and that it is the real designation, my source is part of Space Command and flies the F-16C Block 30.

Reason the source told me was because I was involved in government abduction and I may put my self at risk for revealing as much as I did.

Other sources and to a degree my self knows that the TR-3B is faster than light and that it needs to jump having to stop for a period of time before it can travel again at this speed.

I also know that 1st Special Forces Detachment Delta uses TR-3B's for deep black operations which I have been involved in and i'm still suffering from the consequences of that, this was before I joined the US Army.

The TR-3B is the triangle sighted all over the world and cover projects are the Aurora and the Stealth Blimp to create plausible deniability.

I will not reveal my sources because it will put that individual at risk and their carreer and it may put my own life at risk.

Dear God.....

Here is how you can tell something is an ultra black program.

As Cyberian has so eloquently, purely, clearly, and realistically put it, an "ultra black" program would be something equivalent to reaching the ability of changing the planet's orbit or bending time. Not things we see as rational or achievable as a people from our history. A "black" program is something much, much more realistic and attainable from our current technological mastery.

The F-20? Nice airplane. But it wasn't super-capable by any means.

The Tigershark did a hell of a job of taking a 20 year old airframe, adding a new engine, new avionics, and some new capabilities and doing so at a price advantage. This was a warm-over of the F-5 from the 1960s which was designed as it's day NA-50 as a cheap airplane to sell to friendly if poor countries.

The F-20 failed because the F-16 that it competed against offered quite a bit more in technological advance combined with equal or better performance at similar or slightly more cost. Imagine having the choice of a 1998 Mustang, with today's motor, against an '08 Mustang for only $5000 more. What are you gonna do?

The F-20 was a nice airplane but Northrop was looking to build a budget aircraft while GD's F-16 was looking to provide the greatest tech at a marginal price increase........and GD won. Lockheed is still winning to this day.

Good story man. I won't be one of those hardcore ATSers asking for proof, but this is an idea which is gaining strength among the conspiracy community. These triangles are probably tested by the very best pilots in the world. A secondary conspiracy thread could be " where do they get the pilots ?" I'd tell the OP to check for all the routine crashes and accidents that took off valuable pilots out the radar. This is probably the way they get the pilots. Without family would be a +

My 2c.
