Yeah I switched back to a background image cause the OCD was crushing my soul.
Anyhoot, it seems that for some reason different browsers are picking up different hex color codes.
Now we know.

Hi. So, an update on my problem getting specific pages to load on my phone. I was taking part in the discussion on this thread & had no problems loading pages 1-8, but when it got to page 9 only that page wouldn't load. Now its got to page 10, that page loads, but still not 9.
I hope this narrows down the possibilities for anyone to look into.
My phone is a Sony Ericsson 980i & its currently my only convenient means to get online. I hope you understand that being stymied mid-debate is irritating: I'd really like to know why this happens!
To recap: other stuff that wont load are TheMythLives' threads on Monroe & Black Dahlia.
Oh, & I've always been redirected to the top of the page after starring... Which is why I'm stingy with them

Aha! A possible smoking gun! Arbitrageur has just replied to the above thread on page 10 & now that page wont load for me either, but 1-8 still do.

Right. The cause is known. Arbitrageur embedded an ATS video on both pages. S/he suggested I turn on low bandwidth mode from the store. I did. Its still not working!
Edit: low bandwidth hasn't actually changed anything, I still see avatars etc.

It is highly probable that I am losing the remnants of my mind but ...

Did the ptb recently drop the motto of "Deny Ignorance" from the ATS logo?

I've visited several pages and the only place I still see it even mentioned is on the "about" page.

Not a biggie, just curious if aforementioned mantra has been purposely dropped.

Look to the right of the ATS Logo. In the gray space which covers the header, you will see 'deny ignorance' writ large in shades of gray.

Masqua is in the 300/300/300 zone so he doesn't see ads anyways. No ad blocker necessary. I finally reached that mark and can now see 'deny ignorance' instead of the ad banner or gray box that used to be there. lol

I don't know out of which thumb he sucked that IP address, but it doesn't have any relation to ATS. The ATS domain and registration information is public information, and you can easily trace IP addresses to the server yourself. The simplest being tracert www.abovetopsecret.com to more complicated applications freely available on the web. Check it out for yourself, and if you find any connection to a government server, please feel free to share it here - or anywhere else (as long as you are honest and don't make things up like the person you quoted).

As for the COINTELPRO concerns, this has been addressed here.

And mods... paid CIA agents? I'm just an ordinary guy that began life on ATS just like everyone else. We're all volunteer staff, meaning not a single one of us gets a single cent.

Hey I asked this before but never got a response. How come we can't get a pic button on the home page of the media portal?

Some folks like myself, Have slower connections. So we can not take full advantage of the video clips but we can cruise pics with a relatively acceptable speed. I myself have been trying to find new and interesting pics to upload like orbs , military transports, kooky political statements and the like... Heck I might even capture the elusive UFO or full body apparition one day... Maybe some one else already did... I would like to surf through other members photos in the media portal but I find it super difficult because everything revolves around video.

So how about some degrees of seperation?

I know I for one sure would enjoy an easier navigational experience when trying to check out other peoples Neat Pictures.

People are still using a 4 year old April Fool's joke against us? I don't know if I should be amused at the lengths some people will go to keep up their "fight" with us (I hesitate to call it that since a fight usually involves 2 parties) or be impressed with their tenacity on not giving up even though the supposed evidence is a laughable and technological impossibility.
