Yes suppose we just need 1 place where we can share. build a database as you said and keep track. Maybe there is sombody out there who has reached higher than the OP.

We need to get as much info on this as we can, I mean I can already feel the number of people coming forward will rise and rise. It's something I just know like most of you who have been contacted will know. It's more than a gut feeling, It's more than Trust, It's on a level I do not fully understand yet but I feel soon I will have answers.

Black helicopters anyone? In the beginning of my contacts my home was being buzzed by them. I was thinking that maybe one of my reports had triggered the attention. I have not seen one for about a month now.

Ok, Good - Thank you for your responses. I just wanted to make sure that we are on the same page here.

Now moving on - I am working on trying to awaken spiritually by raising my vibrational level. I have some mp3's of some audio frequencies that has a really calm and soothing narrative voice to help guide you to your higher self so that you can have an OBE. I have listened to it already several times and its seems to work pretty well. I have not yet had an OBE, I am still very new to it and learning as I go.

Last time I tried it I think that I just barley touched my higher self, I had this really strange feeling like the whole left side of my body got warm and tingly and numb and for a short time I felt another side of me that I have never felt before. I was at that point for a little bit where my body was asleep but my consciousness was awake. It was kind of funny because I got distracted when my body was asleep, my body started snoring and I heard myself snoring for the first time.

Anyway, I will see if I can somehow share these mp3's with you guys to help you raise your vibrational level.

I have tried the audio tracks for probably 10 years or more. I first used the Robert Monroe Gateway series. I completed all the levels, but never did it actually work, though I recommend it. Even if you don't go OB, it is good during meditation parctices. About 6 months ago I tried Robert Bruce's (the author on Astral techniques) Brainwave CD. That was much better, and a hell of a lot cheaper. It was much easier getting into a trance state, though again, nothing OB. But I do feel it helps in getting closer to your Higher Self, or whatever you call it. It opens up things like synchronicities and stuff like that.

I have had an incredible experience if you lucid dream. If you meditate during a lucid dream, keeping your thoughts as empty as you can, it triggers absolutely amazing things. I have tried to find people that do this technique, but its hard enough finding someone who can have stable lucid dreams! I went to tons of forums and not 1 person said they could do it. Mostly because they cannot remain stable in the lucid dream.

I may be wrong, but it seems experiencers have a lot more control in those different dream states. I will tell you, I have experienced things I never thought I would. And they are realer (if thats a word) than everyday life. Anyone that can master lucid dreaming has to do this. It is so indescribably spiritual.

But I wouldn't expect to go OBE using the mp3s or cds. If you can experience any type of meditative state in a group, it is completely different, but...

I have meditated for most of my adult life. As of late it only takes silence and my own breathing for me to lift away. The beeping in my ear signals a disconnect coming, and when I tune in my mind feels as if a down load is happening. The lucid dreaming I experience now is way out there, not like any I hade before last year. I know that I am experiencing an OBE. I have even seen myself as I leave for another trip.

For proof: in Aliens & UFOs see "Shuttle malfunctions during de-orbit burn". I was there! Maybe someone important will read it and it won't be so bad. I've been fighting with this since it happened.

I think the (Brainwave CD) is the one I am using but I am not exactly sure. Below is the file name of the mp3 that I am using.

Hemi-Sync - Brainwave Mind Voyages - Astral Trance (1-11) - Hemisync.mp3

I found it on a file sharing program while looking for Trance music. If you use a file sharing program just search for "Astral" or "Astral Projection" and you get a bunch of results for this kind of stuff. Since I am still pretty new to this it has help tremendously. After I have mastered the basics I have no doubt that I can due it without the use of audio mp3's/cd's.

By the way darcon, I was glued to that thread that "Alien Agenda" had from page 1, I think it was like a year ago. I did not post on that thread because I was still really new to the whole "Higher Self" meditation concept. But that was some crazy times im telling ya. There was a big battle between "Alien Agenda" and the skeptic "Hank". Eventually "Alien Agenda" got banned because he was guaranteeing that he would be able to get anyone to contact the Grays with his meditation technique and when no one was able to he got banned.

I wish that "Alien Agenda" was still around. Oh well......

Hey Dracon, I heard that that meditation is really good for this type of work. Haven't tried it, but I'll look into it tomorrow. Maybe give it a try.

Please do, it will help with a lot of thing. It will help you with the process i like to ascension. Or like other people have stated THE AWAKENING.

It is good to know that a group has been formed and that things are moving along well. The way the information is to be distributed would be in a gradual way. Firstly as we including me are learning new techniques and raising our frequencies to new heights which is a gradual process in itself.

Secondly it cant be spread throughout the general public to fast as we will be met with the same criticism and outbreak of insults as was at the very beginning of this thread. There are also infiltrators, they are rare and some friendly and some not. Here is what happened when went to my local video store.

I went in as usual to check out some dvds and I couldnt help but feel a girl keeping an eye on me for some reason. I could feel her looking at me all the time, I mistakenly thought nothing of it and continued on my nightly walk. The next thing that happened cant be explained to this day. Now I take the same walking route every night however this night out of all of them had to be different and here is how.

The next thing I know while Im stretching my legs a police car turns up, note the girl on the phone which I dismissed. They seemed friendly at first and had a bit of a conversation with them, something was off and they asked me "so where are you from" I told them I was a local just going for a nightly walk which I used to do all the time. They looked at me weirdly and laughed, I said what was so funny I wouldn't be here if I lived half an hour away. They said "nice try we asked WHERE you were from your not from here are you. so how did you get here?" my mind got frazzled I was speechless I said I had to continue on my walk and that I had to get home. They drove off in their car and I never saw them again.

So they are around although this happened around 3 years ago and nothing has happened since. They aren't a threat but like to give you the occasional hint that your being monitored. I received information from one who posed as a school friend, then we started talking about the progression of the plans the grays had and pretty much what they were up to. We have to be careful to avoid this. The information has to be spread carefully but effectively, I don't know where these "officers" came from but it wasn't from here, not even my own family know.

One thing that got me was they said HOW did you get here, I thought my genetics were just different I never actually asked any alien species where did I come from as I didn't even consider it in the fi... WAIT A SECOND........

HOLY COW CRUD I think I know what they meant, it just hit me as I finished to post, Witness2008 knows what Im talking about the star constellation. Ill look up some star charts, somethings up here. Google maps here I come!!!!

My question isn't about the aliens but rather your reasons for submitting to them(aliens) so easily, I don't understand how a human male can just give the OK for aliens to poke and prod(physically and mentally) him and take samples.
What do you get out of this?
Have you ever thought what your doing with them maybe wrong?
I'm trying to relate to your situation I'm thinking along the lines of your walking down the street and one car pulls up next to you with four humans inside one leans out of the window and asks you "can you come with us we are med students and would like to run some tests and experiments on you ok?" and your reply is "ok".
If and I mean IF this is true you are looking like a traitor to the Human race can you see my side here OR maybe this is why you have come to ATS to tell us but than get strong honor feelings towards these aliens so you can't do it.The aliens can't erase all our memories as it will be in text on the internet.
Since allot of you inductees are joining together do you think the very first question you all should ask "is this good for mankind all Bad for mankind"?.

I let them change me because it is for the better, they give me something barely any human has ever offered me no matter how kind I am to people. They gave me a better life, a broader view and a new future. I was taken 3 days ago and changed returning better tuned and feeling like a trillion dollars, helping all those like me and those yet to come forth. The people who took me are proud of what I am doing, it will ease the transition that is to come for more people to be tuned and ready for the great change for the better.

I have come back as a new person because of them. I and everyone else coming forward are here to make a difference and you know what, its only just begun. Its a far reach but I expect for this to become global with everyone speaking up from all over the world.
