How about, "Mr....um....Alian...why only one question?"
or how about, "Don't shoot, I only work here." Although I suppose that's more of a statement and less a question.
Or how about [insert bad joke question here].

I mean, seriously, is this thread necessary? The idea that what would be the most important event in human history could be reduced to one question...

I doubt the Aztecs sat around going, "Hey, if you could ask the Spaniards one question, what would it be?"

I'd say -

"You seem familiar to me... have we met before?"

I would ask, "Where is that beautiful sperm doctor at so I donate some sperm the proper way!" or also ask, "Does god exist, since you know everything?" But I prefer to have sex with all those damn sperm extracting women.
