ATS is skeptical for a reason. This field is full of wing nuts and hoaxers out for a buck. Sell you possessions and join his cult then. Are you that desperate for something tp believe in? "Denial" is not a river in Africa. Why are you convinced? Horn gets paid to convince you! How can you believe that Billy went back in time and photographed a dinosaur (on the right Billies pic) that looks exactly precisely like the one in the book.(left) Time travel

Please have more respect for your self.

The hidden connection to armpit is from the elbow.

Other than that possible source of any rays is a mystery.

Was this marketed in Switzerland and New Mexico?

ED: 99% of internet forums will agree with ETs and abduction tales.
There a dime a dozen. Billy just stole Roswell thunder and they
are sore losers.

ED+: The best way to discourage gov snoops is to load up your
post with information their bosses don't want them to know about.
I can't think of any now but Greenland might have UFO bases.

It could be a blurry picture taken at The New York Museum a Natural
History.

An office worker one ammazed us with clear and excelent pictures
of a bear and ground hogs.

He took them at the museum.

Look carefully even the food falling from its mouth is the same. He photographed a picture book. The made up a time travel story, he got caught red handed.

All that nonsense was playing up to foolish who were fed ET foolishness
for years as a technology cover. A BIG LIE technique..
a poster posts a link to balloon in response to a UFO.. the mind blanks
out an focuses on the balloon.
Its as bad as talking about apples and an orange shows up, you
believe apples aren't red.
Stupid Big Lie Tricks to chaos the mind, but for what reason?

UFO is the technology and Billy Meier hopped on the band wagon to sell
merchandise.

It says nothing about him capturing on film or photos of what was
Swiss activities in the operation of the saucer device.

An elite out with his chick in a sports car replaced by a saucer.
Tells her to get out and make more copy for diverting attention
from the technology.

People do not know what the UFO technology is and its going to remain that
way by non technical debates.

On the other scale you have hundreds of engineers that say they can build the UFO.

Since there is no public construction or revealed government program
other that phony ones for years, then there is no need to invent something
already in government hands.

Crakeur: "the carpet tack fell off and is lying in front of the space where it used to be"

I have read this claim lots of times.

Does this reflect the level of research and validity of the other skeptical claims? It can be seen clearly in this photo that it's not a "carpet tack" type object, but a circular feature that at most, could resemble a washer.

The aperture in front of the "washer" I would define as a sort of viewing port, since it is facing the camera in the majority of the photos.

before you accuse me of not doing any research, you might want to read all of my posts and click all of my links.

thebiggestsecretpict.online.fr...

that there would be Billy's big oops moment with the carpet tack (or whatever it is that fell off his toy space ship).

Apparently you didn't bother to see the other photos. The photo you are showing can give the impression that something fell off because it's similar in profile to the "carpet tacks" above. In the photo I posted it can be seen that the shape is different. There is no basis to claim that it's there arbitrarily. You can see two other such "washers", one in the lower row of spheres and another in the level above, next to it. Did those "fall there" too?

Oops, the photo doesn't show the parts that I was mentioning. Here is another crop:

I have to say this case is certainly perplexing at best. I'm not saying I necessarily buy into the case, but do you think its possible that Meier could have possibly deliberately faked or presented a few bogus photos to steer attention away from himself?

The Wedding Cake photo looks so fake, but some of the other photos that I have seen in hi-res look legitimate via blur/distance ratio and distance hazing. That is to say some of the photos look like there could be no way to hang them from strings at their distance. I cant quite wrap my mind around it.

How does any of this help his case. Space ship travels from another galaxy then it just falls apart
c'mon every picture you post make it look like a hoax as well. Why do you think it being a washer helps ????

Crackeurs photo in combination with yours show this so called space ship has a habit of falling to pieces yet you believe it flew from another galaxy

A washer is just a washer -- hardly alien technology

... it looks like a cheesey fake.

I don't think that it is Meier's intention to steer attention away from himself. However, it is the extraterrestrial's intentions to steer the attention away from themselves and into the information that they presented. They were very aware of what they would let out. It was not up to Meier to decide wich photos could be released publicly.

Some people will get focused on the "there's no definitive proof, this could all be fake" perspective.
I prefer to use the "it could all be true" approach. It doesn't mean that I am 100% shure that this is true. However, if I assume the "veridic" approach, there are no real inconsistencies. A few things do look suspicious, actually, a lot of things do. At some level, however, I am thankful that this is not too imposing. There is a difference between accepting all the information and being humiliated by the presence of a more advanced, and quite "alien" civilization.

My preference is confirmed by the reaction of many of the posters here. Otherwordly things just seem too strange to them, that's why they keep repeating over and over and over again that "this MUST be fake". Mocking and laughter to them is a way of connecting with the reality that they know.

Oh, come down off your high horse. Calling every skeptic (especially one of an obviously fraudulent case like Meier) close-minded only shows your own ignorance.

I too started with the thought that Billy Meier might be the real deal. After seeing all the clear and concise evidence that he's very definitely NOT, the only close minded ones are those who choose to believe him.

Well this whole Billy Meier era sounds very exciting but to be
suckered into anything else but a few convincing 8mm film and
some photos of common ordinary saucers is going over board.

The saucer shape is perfect for many theories of the flight mechanism.

If they actually can go into space then they are part of an international
government conspiracy to hide the space ships.

So who knows how it reacts to people making a fuss over photos of their
device.

Original photos and 8mm film might be the government ships, all the
ballyhoo on either side is just never nerve land stuff.

I don't consider myself an ignorant in this case. I have read all that I could that is translated to english. I am familiar with all the usual skeptic's arguments, and I have a few others of my own. But I find the information presented credible. Even if it was all made-up, what is presented does make you think.
Accepting this will always be a matter of choice. It may not seem obviously veridic, but it can't be considered obviously fraudulent either.

How do you explain the time travel dinosaur photo, that is exactly like the book?

i've got a theory.

maybe billy meier had some legit contacts with some type of alien race. like any human he told people about it and showed them some pics that he had and built a small following of very dedicated members. as time went on, the et's stopped visiting due to the following that was gathering at a rapid rate.
after they left there was a longing in the group, with billy excluded, for more contact so they started fabricating photos and stories to keep the billy meier saga going as well as money flowing. all the while billy is hiding in the background being taken advantage of by these money driven followers of his who can't accept that the visitations are over with.

so,
maybe the billy meier case is some truth and mostly fake lies, pictures, and stories due to a money driven group who is chasing a white rabbit...... thoughts????

he can't so he'll come up with the excuse Horn used, which is what Meier said - the mib switched his photos. The pathetic part of all this is that Meier deemed the photos to be real until someone found the matches in a book (or a catalogue or from the television). It was only after someone called the photos into question that Meier et al then said they were switched. He saw the photos, he gave them to the world and said they were real. Then he said they were switched. How on earth did he miss the switch when he was touting them as real?

He didn't because he didn't need the excuse until he was exposed.

And now let's have one of Horn's cronies come in here and point out a different picture of something entirely different and talk about washers or trees or something. Distraction doesn't work here.
