Update from Richard Inman , apparently the governor of Belmarsh received 10,000 e-mails from people concerned by the news yesterday which caused the rethink regarding moving Tommy to another wing.

Concerns over the safety of his food are still a concern.

And he would know this how?

Because he's a member of Tommy's team , if you've been following the story you would know that.

Stay safe in your bubble of denial.

You probably should have watched the video , the e-mail address of Jenny , the governor of Belmarsh was posted on twitter yesterday , those concerned at the news yesterday then wrote to her asking for Tommy to be protected , hence the change of plan to move him.

I think I will wait for a more reliable source.

Cool , have a nice wait.

Is all this attention for Tommy hurting you Bedevere ?

Just in case if you wanted to email the governor of HMP Belmarsh with regards to her plans to move Tommy Robinson out of safety and into contact with some of the worst criminals in the country. You can contact her here.

Of the over 100.000 who attended the rally at the weekend it shouldn't be surprising that those fearing the worst when they read of the proposed move yesterday took the opportunity to make their voice heard opposing the move when given the relevant information.

Perhaps you would prefer uncritical acceptance of everything coming out "Tommy's" camp but it does kind of go against the point of this site.

I'm just putting it out there , obviously you won't believe anything that you haven't posted or that doesn't chime with your belief system so to be honest I don't care what you do or don't believe.

I tend not to believe fraudsters but guess we all have our individual standards.

Thats a good video and should cause all but the most one eyed idiots to question the original verdict and his subsequent sentence.

He should put his time to good use. Maybe write his memoirs. Maybe call it "My Struggle" or something.

If all that is said in the video is the truth through and can be backed by actual evidence as opposed to mere hearsay or opinion.

Then why would he have admitted to the 10 breaches of the high court order issued in 2021 pertaining to the video documentary?

You see the problem dont you?

Tommy's legal team would have advised him to plead not guilty if indeed that was the case and they had a leg to stand on.

Stab in the dark he was advised to plead guilty because if he did not he would most likely have received the full four-year sentence as opposed to what appears to be two years.

I am sure he will be appealing the two-year sentence for contempt of court SprocketUK if indeed the are grounds for such.

This is just how the legal system in the UK functions.

And like it or lump it this is what can happen when you refuse to accept the will of the court and disregard the judge's orders.

In this case, the will of the court is the will of the state.

I've seen it all before, the quarter century of bull that were the Hillsborough trials, the never ending fights for justice against the state from those women screwed over by undercover cops, the same with Orgreave miners...it goes on and on. This is the same.
Yes he's not the perfect victim of a duplicitous, and corrupt government, He is still a victim in this case too, as is the lad who beat up the Syrian kid and has had to move with his family and change schools/names etc due to people like Piers Morgan calling for his head.

He admitted guilt SprocketUK.

The courts did not make Tommy do that.

He obviously did so because it was in his best interest to do so or because the evidence against him was insurmountable.

And by the looks of it to the tune of 10 breaches of the high court in question.

Again if there is an avenue for an appeal I'm sure it will be taken.

Piers Morgan is an arseh@le mate but you notice he's not standing in a court of law having to answer to contempt of court charges.

If you were facing say 6 years of hard time or 2 years of easier time if you coughed to whatever charges, you'd have to be kinda strange not to think about it.

The Birmingham 6 all pled guilty as I recall, yet all were ultimately proven innocent, as were the Guildford lot and many others.

Pleading guilty means nothing when the system is as corrupt as ours and that is also why Piers Morgan is not in prison for calling on violence to be visited on a 15 year old boy...Because it fit what the government wanted people to believe and also he crafted his words carefully to stay on the "possible doubt" side of any potential charges. We all know what he meant though don't we?

It's just how the cookie crumbles.

Pleading guilty means everything SprocketUK.

Because you just admitted culpability.

Same as pissing off judges equate to them handing down custodial sentences.

And here is the thing.

When you try and appeal your sentence, it dont look too good that you choose to plead guilty.

As to what Morgan meant, that remains to be established, but i think it is rather clear he crafted his words and actions so as not to incur the wrath of the law.

Tommy, not so much.

Yet it doesn't mean a thing, pleading guilty, those poor buggers from Ireland were guilty only of being Irish at a time when some of their countrymen were blowing stuff up.

there is only doubt about what Morgan said if you choose to be one eyed about it. i have no doubt at all about what he meant. Nor do you if you are being honest with yourself.
