Good eye there, Sherlock! you identified a not so positive comment about Trump, in a not so positive thread about something Trump said, that wasn't so positive.

I heard him say "I'm a Christian", but I did have to listen to it a few times. Also sounded like he said "I'm not Christian". He kinda paused on it. When I transcribed it in the extra thread I made, I went with him saying "I'm a Christian" because I know he sells Bibles.

To sell Bibles, he either has to be Christian, or a he's a shameless profiteer.

You are wasting your time typing to the mindless left.

They don't want a Constitutional Republic, they are balls deep for the socialist democracy. Because they don't want minority to have rights. Just the mob who voted Dem.

Why else would the left embrace child murder aka abortion, mutilation and let murderers and rapist out on the streets using tax payers money as a bail fund...*cough* Kamala...

As to those who are choosing the wrong side;

We do NOT live in a damn democracy, it's a Constitutional Republic! Deny your ignorance and learn the difference;

The Constitutional Republic that you do have, has been supported and maintained by numerous Democratic party administrations.

But Trump is talking about something else. Either he is an idiot and doesn't know what he is saying, or he is a clear and present danger to that Constitutional Republic.

He had nothing tiki do with it, he just keeps parroting its language, had the architect of the whole thing speak at the RNC, and, oh yeah, picked a running mate that is intimately involved with it.

They know it's a wholly unpopular policy so of course they're going to say they nothing to do with it. Who's going to vote for the guy that says, Yep! My people wrote a guidebook on how to roll out fascism in the US and we're going to implement it day one!"

you know what a popular policy is? Closing the border, tapping into our own energy, prosecuting criminals, educating kids. Those are the right's policies. And the left is the exact opposite. So the choice is clear, and an easy one.

Trump isn't worried about 2028, he can't run then. Not sure if you grasp this, but he was already president for 4 years, so, just like joe, he's going to be a 4 year president, then "pass the torch" to the next generation. The only difference is, he's going to fix it before he passes it on, as opposed to wrecking it beyond recognition. Choice is clear, choose repair over demolition.

Lies

Trump ordered the congress not to pass the bill .. remember? of course you do

Yep. Once Trumps is elected, and Project 2025 is implemented, Christian Nationalism will be the "law of the land" and Jesus Christ will embody President Trump: America's own Pope and a new modern "Doctrine of Discover"! Only Trump's appointed Bishops will need to vote.

Such a promise of freedom!

Christian Nationalism.

Imagine a society, where pedophilia and murder is not only immoral and illegal, but laws are enforced to stop it. Oh no, that's so horrible...says the pedophile murderer and their demented demonic sympathizers...

🙄

They already are illegal and there are laws enforced to stop them.

What also used to be illegal is false accusation.

The US Constitution has clauses that mandate and define the voting process. The republic is Constitutionally democratic.

Selection of executive power by means other than a vote as outlined in the Constitution, is unconstitutional.

A government 'of the people, for the people and by the people' must necessarily be intrinsically democratic.

From a man that has promised he'll be a dictator on Day One and has parroted that language of the authoritarian roadmap that is Project 2025, I'd say the implications are quite clear.

He was just bloviating. He was saying that in four years everything will be fixed by him and you won't need to vote to save America because it will already be saved. He doesn't say it very well because he bloviates but listen to the whole speech. That's what he was saying.

You remind me of the left wingers going nuts and saying that Trump said there would be a violent bloodbath if he's not elected. He didn't say that either. He said to auto workers that there would be a bloodbath in the car industry if he wasn't voted in because the car industry would fail.

And just stop with the Project 2025 nonsense. The left wing boogyman. Trump already said he had nothing to do with it and hasn't even read it. It's a right wing think tank. SO WHAT? The left has them as well.

It is obvious that he is trying to negate the electoral process. It goes to more than just his words at one particular time and place.

I also doubt that if he didn't fix anything in the last four years, that he won't be able to fix anything over four more years.

Please do not blame me for what Trump has stated and has also demonstrated on Jan 6.

I wasn't telling American citizens what is right and wrong.

In this instance, Trump said something that is concerning in light of his previous actions.

You have to understand how diffulicult it is for them. Constantly, "well, he said that, but here's what he means." Well he riled people up for almost a year, with his words, his own super fan base, then they admit to believing in court he wanted them to do just what they did with all of his statements. Then ATS members, well "he didn't mean that, and they were dumb". Yet the candidate wants to pardon them, not rebuke them. So, apparently he is just fine with people taking his words as is, when he gets people to do what he actually wants. And he's still using the same phrases knowing the outcome of telling his"dumb" (according to ATS)super fans the same rhetoric that caused them to attack police officers and a whole freaking group of Oath Keepers to concoct a poorly executed Seditious plan.

Can you imagine day in, day out always having to infer other meaning into his words, and find something more palatable than what he actually says? It has to be exhausting.

Another example...I don't know anything about the Heritage Group and this project. Next interview, well I don't like a lot of it, but some of it isn't bad. (Paraphrasing) ATS, oh no, he doesn't know a thing about it, well Oops I mean he really doesn't want anything similar. Meanwhile his VP, some future WH admins(according to Trump) are all on record and up to their eyeballs in it. But... nothing to see here, because "what he really means..." 🤣

Trump know NOTHING about Project 2025, but he disagrees with some of it, and finds some of it extreme?
Trump know NOTHING about Project 2025, but he picked the guy who wrote the forward to the Project 2025 book as his VP?
Trump know NOTHING about Project 2025, but he's selling a Christian Nationalism Bible.

He's probably heard a little bit here and there. I can't tell you what 2025 consists of, but I'm going to learn more, because Democrats don't like it. Just their dislike gives it an early boost.

Take Trump literally, but not seriously.
Take Trump seriously, but not literally.
We've been through this before.

We know what Trump and his donors/owners have in store for us. They're making no secret in broadcasting it in their 900 page Project 2025 blueprint.

We also know that Trump stands for nothing himself, but ego, greed and grift.

It shortens your life to live in panic and fear constantly, everything will be fine regardless. UNLESS....dramatic music

Trump wins the Presidency and both the House and Senate are Republican-controlled...
