When you chose a VP, you have an agenda in mind. You are trying to find a specific benefit to your ticket. But if you said you will only choose from a group of black lesbians in wheelchairs, your choices are limited. Just think of all the other democrats who might have been much better choices.

Could you explain this a bit please. Why would hiring based on all the factors we used to use, (merit) be racist?

what did she do to succeed in the VP position? List her major accomplishments. That way, we can all see what kind of leader she will be. Of all her jobs, that one is the most consequential to everyone. List them any way you like.

Why are you equating Kamala Harris to a group of black lesbians in wheelchairs? Why can't you be honest and say that you didn't believe that Biden could find a popular, qualified woman of color as his running mate, and that in your opinion, he never did?

Why is her career as a DA, an AG and Senator not enough to be VP? Why is JD Vance more qualified than Kamala was?

The President's successes are the Vice President's successes, and vice-versa. VPs are not autonomous. They serve the President and serve as President of the Senate. They represent the President and the President's policies and goals.
