The whole trial just reeks of a television drama for the masses to lap up , It is hardly crime of the century a guy of hunters standing wanting a gun for protection but the way the gun was dumped after 11 days in a dumpster is baffling, when they could just have handed it to a competent individual in the white house to loose ? .

I was lucky 25 years ago when I got nabbed with a revolver in the UK , which was my 3rd bust with firearms over the years , I had one bullet in it which was kept under my drivers seat in case a stag jumped in front of my vehicle in the Highlands , after seeing what one had done to a van one morning and the way it and the driver had died horrifically that was a no brainer for me .

Plus a family member was a high placed policeman which may have helped

So, I'm watching an interview on TV right now, of Juror 10 from the Biden trial, and he's talking about how they had a split jury last night, but through work today, they reached a unanimous decision.

And one thing struck me -- just how different the Trump and the Biden trial were. Night and day.

The jury in the Biden trial is not only not anonymous, they are already on TV the very same day. And none of them got any death threats.

The death threats started immediately after the Trump verdict. People were calling for the (justly requested) anonymous jury to be found out and then hung. These people may fear for their lives for as long as they live. And for their families.

Night and day difference.

I thought death threats were free speech.

Apologies, none of the jurors were Jewish.

The courts just found Hunter Biden guilty on gun charges. Now Congress needs to condemn the intelligence community for lying to voters and covering up the story about Hunter's laptop to help his father win an election.

I'm sure Trump's DOJ can look into all that.

Also, Congress needs to upscale Joe Biden's impeachment inquiry to an impeachment hearing. No shortage of crimes against America and Americans.

Ah , in Retrospect , you do Realize that Mr. Trump was " Set Up " in his First Term in Office , Right ? All his Appointments were Manipulated by the " Deep State " and his Naivety in not being a Career Politician at the time left him open to it . Like the Expression " Live and Learn " , if he is Reelected for a second Term , I am Sure he will be better Prepared this time to Deal with the Criminality that Perminates the Halls of Government these Days..........We Shall see.......

He wasn't naive to government corruption, draining the swamp was his platform. He should have been prepared the first time around.

I predict there will be ZERO accountability for crimes committed at the government level. Trump will pardon Hunter. But all will be forgiven because if Trump manages to bring down gas prices, MAGA will claim they're "winning".

5th Amendment?

Did they break his due process rights?
Did they unlawfully take his property?
Did they make him testify against himself?
What exactly about the 5th amendment would give Hunter a basis for appeal?

It is being argued, right or wrong, that the ATF Form 4473 must be completed before one can purchase a firearm, and that the form requires the applicant to "tell the truth" regarding alcoholism and/or illegal drug use. So, an alcoholic or an illegal drug user must either lie about their past use of illegal drugs or self- incriminate themselves and forfeit their 2nd Amendment rights.

And I can't tell you how delicious this irony is. It's almost indescribable. Heavenly.

I hope his appeal works, and he gets off scott free. Having more gun rights courtesy of the idiot left would be so amazing, I think I'd get a chub.

They might be (probably are) using a double actor to portray "Hunter", especially if they script a "jail" sentence. πŸ˜ƒ

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me... Let's see what he does in a second term. I really do not know your point here, are you suggesting Biden is the answer?

Don't explain, if they do not know or care to know it doesn't matter. Its like the left now trying to blame Trump for not building the wall...just makes you say WTF are you talking about.

Why does anyone even give an ounce of care for the idiot? He basically broke the law for being truly stupid. They should say AMEN. This is the guy that felt the need to do drugs and screw his dead brother's wife, his cousin, Obama's daughter, etc. While failing in all aspects of life other than to cash in on his dear old dad who got 10%.

People should be happy that the dump twat is where he is today. Truly F him...

The left taking down gun laws by using Trump appointed Supreme Court Justices to help Democrat escape conviction.

Ohhh I love the irony of this Timeline sometimes.

I don't know why you guys think I'm into taking away your guns and revoking your gun rights. I'm not.

I think Red FLag laws are dangerous. We might disagree on 2nd Amendment issues, like "What is a well regulated militia?" and "states' rights", but I'm not a "gun grabber", lol.

My point is Trump's supporters should quit looking at him through beer goggles and start holding his feet to the fire when it comes to facing these criminals head on.

Especially when we don't have the luxury of "Fool me once, fool me twice, let's just wait and see what happens" because the fate of the nation hangs in the balance.

If Trump refuses to take care of business, do Americans have the fortitude to step up and take care of business?

I'm assuming the answer to that question is NO.

HUNTER BIDEN WAS FOUND GUILTY of 3 Gun-related felony charges today.

Within hours, JOE BIDEN was on the campaign trail, telling Americans how guns need to be regulated in this country...

WASHINGTON β€” Well, this is awkward.

President Biden demanded punishment for families who leave guns unlocked Tuesday β€” in his first public remarks since his son Hunter was convicted of three felonies for illegally owning a gun that another Biden family member tossed into a public dumpster.

β€œIt’s time we establish universal background checks β€” and by the way, and require the safe storage of firearms,” the 81-year-old said at a pro-gun control conference blocks from the White House. β€œWe should hold families responsible if they don’t provide those locks on those guns.”

Big shoutout to my local news for the comprehensive coverage and analysis of the conviction.

They put up a couple pictures of "Sad Hunter" and said he was convicted on all 3 counts, and the president has promised not to pardon him" and "HEY WE'RE SO EXCITED FOR TODAYS HOMETOWN SCRAMBLE!!! YAY!!!"

That was it.

I imagine the coverage would have been slightly (D)ifferent were one of that other guy's children being convicted on federal gun charges or jaywalking.

Effing pathetic!

Hunter's drug/gun crime is the very tip of a massive iceberg. The majority of significant crimes are submerged below the surface, hidden away never to see the light of day. Their intention is to placate and distract. Bread and circuses.

Exactly.
They cant actully touch Hunter's real crimes because they would land his father in jail.
This is all just part of the show.

We will see. Cheering at rallies etc is just your typical election fury. I think people understand the limitations Trump will have in the WH. Trump also likes to come off the top rope with his words, but when we see his actions, they are more refrained, which is good.

Especially when we don't have the luxury of "Fool me once, fool me twice, let's just wait and see what happens" because the fate of the nation hangs in the balance.

He was fine his first four years in dozens of places. He had some poor advice in hiring, but he did many really good things, so I don't know what people want or what kind of expectations they have after seeing him already.

Also, the fate of our nation doesn't hang in the balance...lol geez.. Trump will come and go like everyone else.

If Trump refuses to take care of business, do Americans have the fortitude to step up and take care of business?

I'm assuming the answer to that question is NO.

What the hell does that even mean? If you want this then I think it is you that is extreme... I just want someone to help me make my life better and not worse like Biden did. Clean up the border, work on the economy, don't blunder on foreign affairs, and make our justice system reliable and trustworthy again. Even if he did 50% that is better than Biden would do as he would keep going the other way.
