This is correct.
This verdict is pretty meaningless in the big scheme of things. The bigger issue is the Biden crime family and Hunter's funneling money. People shouldn't get complacent with this verdict alone. The one which really counts is a guilty verdict for the stuff on Hunter's laptop and the money going to "The Big Guy".
Which means he took a risk running for president, knowing he could lose his other son. It's almost as if he was ready to sacrifice his family in a fight for the greater good.

This gun charge is all smoke and mirrors to deflect from what Hunter was really up to in Ukraine and signing cheques for the laboratory workers /scientists there , hard drive 3 I believe had all the data on that on Kim.come site when it was released .
30 or 100k might not seem much to a a American reader but over there 5k is a yearly wage for a professional person .
The difference being this was an actual crime and they had evidence to prove it and to prosecute it.
He is also going to trial in California later this year for tax evasion. There is real evidence of him not paying taxes.
I am 100% sure that when there is evidence of anything in Ukraine, it will follow suit. But they can't charge any crimes without evidence. That's not how it works.

after this rulling do you think it would be wise to go the way of bar tenders? Kinda like how if a patron is too intoxicated the bar tender can be held liable. So does it not stand to reason that a law should be in place to help protect the gun seller. Maybe say a mandatory substance test for any and all before the purchase? That is probably what will happen.
What part of "Shall not be infringed." do people not get?
While I agree that the question should not be there, it was made law. And the courts let it stand.
But let's not add more laws just bc lefties are sad their favorite addict just got convicted.
By that logic then a felon should be allowed to own a firearm. Anyways chill out dude I was only asking a question.
Please note, I said people, not you.
And yes, felons who have paid their debt to society should be allowed to own a gun. I can only see a felon denied a gun if they committed a violent crime or used a weapon to commit a previous crime.
Of course, in this day and age, if you are convicted of murder with DNA proof, death penalty. Not 30 years down the road. I say you have 5 years to appeal and if the verdict still stands, in the dirt you go. Same for rape. Same for hurting a child through sexual abuse or assault.
I know some will say cruel and unusual. Sorry, that dead person didn't get a second chance, neither do you. Let people choose how they die.
With all the people who go out on the nod, I say they go out with a smile....a hot shot of heron with some fentynal for added effect.
The world would be amazed if there were consequences for the crimes, a few executions later, and things might be settled with fists instead of guns.

I think Joe knew all about Hunter's past, especially when he decided to run for president. They must have internally gone over everything that could potentially come up at a later time. Discussed everything... just like vetting for a VP.
Which means he took a risk running for president, knowing he could lose his other son. It's almost as if he was ready to sacrifice his family in a fight for the greater good.
If that is the case, the worst thing he could ever do is pardon Hunter. If he knew Hunter could be a liability, he should be ready to accept that now. Even on his last day as president, he should NOT pardon Hunter. He knew this going in. Do the right thing and own it now.

So, I'm watching an interview on TV right now, of Juror 10 from the Biden trial, and he's talking about how they had a split jury last night, but through work today, they reached a unanimous decision.
And one thing struck me -- just how different the Trump and the Biden trial were. Night and day.
The jury in the Biden trial is not only not anonymous, they are already on TV the very same day. And none of them got any death threats.
The death threats started immediately after the Trump verdict. People were calling for the (justly requested) anonymous jury to be found out and then hung. These people may fear for their lives for as long as they live. And for their families.
Night and day difference.

So once again, you guys win one and all I hear is bitchin'.
Must really suck to live that way.
Have a great evening, if it's even possible for you guys.
By the way, your lives are slipping away while you stew and hate and continue to be angry all the time.
The system worked AGAIN. That includes Trump's conviction. Why is that so hard to understand?
