He finished by arguing that the US justice department would have grounds to arrest Mr Trump if the impeachment allegations against him were true.
"A high crime is a felony, and a misdemeanour is a misdemeanour. After he's out of office, you go and arrest him," Mr Castor said. "The Department of Justice does know what to do with such people. And so far, I haven't seen any activity in that direction."

I heard about this this morning. They only ever do that when they're about to piss off the left, so whatever these rulings are are going to be reallllllllly good. Fun times ahead!

Former President Donald Trump appears to be riding a wave into the November election following his acclaimed debate performance, demands for President Joe Biden to drop out of the race, and a string of Supreme Court rulings.

My sentiment changed after a respected analyst described how there's no time before the November election for any of the significant Trump-entrapment trials to convene. Let alone have him thrown in prison, if found guilty.
Democrats (Biden/Garland) were not organized and smart enough to bring the Georgia or Jan6th or Classified Document charges early in 2022, like they should have. (People driven by fear and hate, almost always screw up.)
So, if the Supreme Court rules that former Presidents CAN BE INDICTED for alleged crimes committed while they were in office, both OBAMA and BIDEN are documented committing real, verifiable criminal actions. If Donald Trump doesn't "go soft" on them, like he did on Hillary in 2017, Obama and Biden will be arrested. Probably Obama first, for attempting to bring down a sitting President. (aka: Leading an Insurrection.) 💣

Ah, I see. So, you no longer care about the presidential immunity subject because it is less likely a concern for Trump.
You don’t care about the merits of policy or laws, you are interested purely interested for self centered reasons.
Got it.

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court is closing out its term tomorrow, with a decision on its biggest case of year − does Donald Trump have immunity as a former president that prevents him from standing trial on charges he tried to overturn the 2020 election.
Whatever the Court decides in this legal battle, in many ways, Trump may already have won the war.
The trial at stake still has months of pretrial preparation pending, with more delays possible, even if the justices don't throw out the charges. Two other pending criminal trials haven’t even been scheduled. In other words, legal experts say, the ruling may already too late to hold any of his three pending criminal trials before the Nov. 5 election.
