Unfortunately it is becoming more clear that Presidents actually need full immunity - because of radical Democrats.

The risk to the Republic is far greater from corrupt lwafare where state AGs and a corrupt judge can interefere with federal elections, than a President committing crimes that can be handled by the existing process of checks and balances through separation of powers.

This is the most important example of this issue. Obama did not just pick someone out. He specifically targeted an American Citizen who had not been charged with any crime, and drone struck him as a terrorist target.

The question becomes: does a President have leeway to make a decision that an American citizen is an enemy of the State and can be targeted without evidence being brought against that person charging him with some specific crime.

The thing about his 4 indictments is this..Its not like that is saying he only committed 4 crimes. Each of those indictments has multiple charges in them. Hell on the indictment from March 5 there are god damn 12 unique charges.

This is where things get very ugly indeed.
Barrack Obama drone striked and murdered a US Citizen - no trial or jury. Just straight up murder.
Should he be charged?
I mean Trump has been charged with simply investigating election interference/fraud - his duty as President.

Have to say this again.........

Presidents are NOT immune from crimes committed while in office...been that way for a long long time.


However, there is a legislative process (Impeachment + conviction by the Senate) which could lead to criminal charges.

Without that process taking place,,,,,I don't see a way to a criminal trial.
