I don't know nor care how many times he was indicted or arrested. Only that he appears to be quite scummy, and the facts they have gathered so far point to him being a sleaze ball. Not someone anyone should be protecting, But you do you.

IMO, it is CRITICAL that former Presidents NOT BE IMMUNE from prosecution, for (alleged) criminal actions committed while President.
Agreed. Also, presidents and ALL politicians should not be immune from prosecution because they're knidly, dottering old men.
We have the laws, but it doesn't seem the 'system' has the cajones to enforce them.
"The System" brings old people to justice, unless someone prevents it.
For example, this lady is going to trial at 102 years old: www.usatoday.com...
Too bad she's not a career politician-she'd be immune from prosecution.
What's SICK is that Bob Menendez has been indicted/arrested 3 times...with 2 of the arrests happening within the past year. Yet he is still an ACTIVE U.S. Senator! Democrats in leadership positions are immoral and unethical, for not demanding Menendez to step down...like Republicans did to Rep. George Santos after he was arrested for small stuff, compared to what Menendez was arrested for...twice.
So you are saying Bob Menendez has been arrested multiple times with 2 of them happening in the past year. Can you list those?
I am sure you know that being indicted and being arrested are not the same thing. There isn't a single person anywhere that would say he hasn't been indited multiple times but what you said is "has been indicted/arrested 3 times...with 2 of the arrests happening within the past year."

CORRECTION: Menendez has been indicted FOUR TIMES!
Updated info from 3/2024: nypost.com...

Unfortunately it is becoming more clear that Presidents actually need full immunity - because of radical Democrats.
The risk to the Republic is far greater from corrupt lwafare where state AGs and a corrupt judge can interefere with federal elections, than a President committing crimes that can be handled by the existing process of checks and balances through separation of powers.

It's the latest step in a multi-pronged legal battle aimed at forcing the Justice Department to release the audio of President Joe Bidenās interview with former special counsel Robert Hur.
The Justice Department is seizing on an increasingly common fear as it fights to prevent the release of the audio of President Joe Bidenās interview with former special counsel Robert Hur: It could spawn deepfakes.
The concern ā raised as part of an overnight court filing late Friday ā is the latest step in a multi-pronged legal battle aimed at forcing the Justice Department to release the audio, which Biden claimed executive privilege over last month.
āThe passage of time and advancements in audio, artificial intelligence, and ādeep fakeā technologies only amplify concerns about malicious manipulation of audio files. If the audio recording is released here, it is easy to foresee that it could be improperly altered, and that the altered file could be passed off as an authentic recording and widely distributed,ā the department wrote in a 49-page filing.

Question - Does the British Royal Crown have Immunity from the Rulings of Parliament ? If not , should it ?
