President Trump delivers remarks after Judge Juan Merchan delivered some of the most ridiculous instructions in the history of jury instructions.

Judge Juan Merchan told jurors they do not have to agree unanimously on each of the 3 counts charged. The jury can have 4 members agree to guilt on each of the three counts and the judge will accept that as 12 decisions for guilt overall. There’s no way these types of instructions will pass appellate court review; but that’s not the purpose of the Lawfare that Judge Merchan is participating in.

The fact they're focusing on the catch-and-kill scheme probably won't be taken as a good sign by the defense.

The fact they're asking for Cohen's testimony also shows the defense didn't succeed in convincing the jury he lies about everything.

Only the highest ranking liberals should self-destruct. They know long prison time and/or executions await them. Pee-on liberals are just being obnoxious because they aren't able to think for themselves. They will receive new programming.

Don't think it will be today. The closing arguments ate up most of the day, over 7 hours. The jury started deliberations but the day has gotten long, probably on break til tomorrow.

This is stressful for both sets of lawyers, the case is out of everyone's hands now. The judge can't influence it in any way, the lawyer teams can't, the only people that can are the 12-18 jurors that the lawyers picked themselves.

And Trump has the best lawyers his followers' money could buy. They must have done a good job.

If Trump loses he will blame Todd Blanche, because it is he who picked the jury. And everyone says he is a frickin' genius when it comes to picking juries. All his past colleagues say he has an uncanny ability to get into people's heads during jury selection and ask all the right questions. People call it magical.

The majority of New Yorkers do not like President Trump, and of those people there is a large percentage that despise President Trump. I think you will find that the Jury does not care if this was or wasn't a fair trial and the verdict will come back Guilty. Which will trigger an appeal and that will focus on the 'fairness' of the trail and will overturn the conviction but by then the damage would have already been done because once that verdict is read the Democrat PACs will flood the airwaves with "Trump's a convicted felon" ads. I would be very surprised if the PACs don't already have the Ads ready to go already and are just waiting for the verdict to be read.

I hope so, all this would do is make him even more popular, as has happened every time the dems try things like this.

Guilty. And it won't matter, Trump gains 2% in the polls.

Further prediction, it will be the only trial to happen this year, as New York is the state with the least sympathetic judiciary.

The Florida judge presiding over the strongest case against him has all but assured the trial won't begin until the SCOTUS ruling on whether or not president = king.

And if he is deemed beyond reproach by law and order, if the court hands him that license to kill, then it's all done and shut.

But I have to admire his campaign for successfully arguing that handing him total power is the only way he can do his job without distractions like a legal system rigged against him.

It actually tops Cheney getting the guy to apologize for looking like duck and standing in the way of his bullet.

Only a few hours left, or days of deliberation, maybe an excused juror... All I think I know is, a conviction here is 34 counts of nothing. He wasn't even president yet! Or something like that.

And all the attempted subversion of democracy trials can get thrown out by a self-pardon, which will be legal for King Trump, The Exalted One, once he either receives immunity or the presidency.

Though it might not appear like it, he's still getting the most dragged out of white collar treatments available, and enough influencial people want the largely democrat majority going after him to back off. It's surprisingly favorable. For every Merchan there has been a Cannon to return fire, more to drag this out just long enough to all come together for a less legally hamstrung second term.

Summations occurred yesterday. The only thing today was jury instructions at 10 am which lasted about an hour. After that, deliberations began.

I do agree that we probably won't have a verdict today. There's a little over half an hour left for today. If the jury thinks they're close to a verdict, they could ask for more time. But based on their note it sounds like they're being thorough with the evidence.

In a tight election...which this will be...a guilty verdict gives Trump the moniker of 'Felon' running up to the election and a likely 10 point swing to Biden.

Additionally, Merchan can take Trump off the campaign trail through prison or house arrest.

The case can't be appealed before the election.

Where's Melania when trump needs her support.
