What is it called again when you keep doing the same thing over and over expecting different results?

I think the word you're looking for is "insanity."

Hmmm, I read the prosecutor spoke for 5 hours today in continuing closing arguments from yesterday.

I'll try to find it.

Food 4 Thought: The Supreme Court has ruled ONLY CONGRESS (the House) can remove a Presidential candidate from the ballot.

Question did they ever actually articulate what the crime was that elevated this to a felony?

Honestly haven't followed that closely, spring time in Alaska is a busy time of year.

No. They told them to pick among several options.

Which is probably a violation of the 6th Amendment.

The instructions match the case: house of cards.

Steinglass' marathon summation concluded last night around 8 pm. The jury were given the option to split it up between days but they wanted to get it done.

I see a man that wants complete control and demands yes men.

Yes men are always a Red Flag for me.

You need to punctuate so that tour misandrist tendencies ate more clearly defined.

...and the Judge says they don't have to all agree on which option.

Huh, kinda hard to know how to defend yourself if all the charges aren't outlined.

And the prosecution wasn't required to separately prove those charges.

The case sounds unconstitutional to me.

Yes, which is why the 6th Amendment forbids this type of 3rd world nonsense.

It's much like giving the guy in front of the firing squad a blindfold to defend himself.

Don't forget Barr and Durham killing the investigation into Trump after Italy reported to them they had credible evidence of Trump breaking the law.

It's a shame the democrats didn't get power back to control the DOJ and use it to go against Trump. That would have enabled them to investigate Kushner and jail Trump for all the crimes he's comitted over the years. Like paying his lawyer.

Thanks, I have not been able to find it anyway. Think it was CNN I read it on, 5 hours of continued arguments today starting around Noon.

Either I read it wrong or they reported it wrong and it's been retracted.
