So Biden made Trump sleep with a porn star , pay hush money when he decided to run for office and try to fraudulently cover the money tail.

I have heard very little to nothing from the defense table that directly refutes almost anything the prosecution has placed into evidence.
In my opinion, that does not bode well for the defense.
I agree.
The witnesses lied is not much of a defense.
Of course you would believe convicted, pathological liars with delusions of grandeur.
I’m not on the jury.
Why didn’t the Federal Election Commission, who is the enforcement arm for campaign finance laws, pursue anything against Trump?

Yes men are always a Red Flag for me.

Ok but let's say none of all that happened aside from being behind bars.
Would Trump still have to serve time if ordered before or would getting the POTUS seat be an automatic release?

I view those that hire yes men don't have a handle on many situations. If you hire yes men that how do you know if a situation is being properly handled. No one likes to hear no but many times that is what's necessary. Trump lacks that ability to learn and even entertain other ideas.

There is Reasonable Doubt all over this Case . The Jury is at a Disadvantage here Because of the Judge's Irregular Behavior that will Undoubtably be brought up in Any Appeal Hearing if it comes to that .

The jury was definitely more engaged by Steinglass' summation than they were Blanche's despite being over twice as long.
The fact that Trump's lawyers never really addressed Exhibit 36 could prove to be their undoing. That and calling Costello to the stand.

Nothing was illegal. Nothing was covered up.
Then why did Cohen plead guilty to campaign finance violations? Why did it take years for those crimes to come to light?

He was president at the time Cohen was convicted for his part in it, so he couldn’t have even been charged for it at the time.
He also had friends in high places who got his name redacted from Cohens summary briefing (or whatever you’d call it?), so his named as ‘person 2’ or something similar.
