In December, Israel's military said it estimated 66% of those killed to be civilians. Even the conservative figure of 61 percent is higher than the average civilian death rate in all world conflicts "from the Second World War to the 1990s

Speaking Sunday on the "Call Me Back" podcast, Netanyahu said the death toll in Gaza was around 30,000, and that Hamas fighters accounted for nearly half of that toll. He insisted to podcaster Dan Senor that Israel had "been able to keep the ratio of civilians to combatants killed... (to) a ratio of about one to one."

66 percent of what? 100? 1000?
Again the number is high because Hamas uses human shields, embedding itself in civilian infrastructure.
If Hamas the ones bent on actual Genocide wouldn’t have committed Oct 7, or surrendered after the illegitimate attack. How many more people would be alive.
The civilian deaths are on Hamas that started this war, and commit war crimes by using human shields.
Netanyahu has repeatedly said the military is on track to eliminate Hamas, and in an interview with Dr. Phil on Friday claimed that 14,000 Hamas fighters have so far been killed. Israel estimated Gaza to have 30,000 fighters
As of 8 May 2024, over 36,000 people (34,844 Palestinian[1] and 1,410 Israeli[9]) have been reported as killed in the Israel–Hamas war, including 97 journalists (92 Palestinian, 2 Israeli and 3 Lebanese)[10] and over 224 humanitarian aid workers, including 179 employees of UNRWA

How many Jewish people did palatines kill in those time frames. You cannot focus on just one side when providing evidence. Also, I am sure that some of those people in those numbers were Hamas militants.
You didn't see my graph a few pages back. For every 20 Palestinians killed, only one Israeli is killed. I'm sure some were Hamas but I'm sure some were like Krusty who thinks Palestinians are cockroaches and some were like those sickos in the WestBank who stopped food trucks from delivering food to children.
wow, that's a striking chart. HAMAS sucks badly at fighting the war they started. Almost as if they really should have never invaded Israel and killed all those civilians and babies. FAFO.

In this case there are 42,000 dead altogether.

CNN cannot independently verify the ministry’s numbers. The ministry does not distinguish between casualties among fighters and civilians.

Who are the 'honest people' in this scenario? Elected leaders? Experts? News media? The same people who lied about covid, skewed data, spread propaganda covered up the truth? The same people who lie to the public about everything else...these people are suddenly going to be transparent and truthful when it comes to steering the narrative about war?
