Except there was no campaign contribution. Nothing was spent from campaign funds. That 'link' came from a charge Cohen plead to. He stated he made an illegal campaign contribution.
Can you explain how because the Prosecution has not..

Isn’t the trial about establishing that?
Isn’t a trial to present the evidence?

If Lyin Cohen, who is being demolished by the defense right now, is the last witness that Bragg has then when do you think they might establish that since they haven’t already?
Are they waiting to establish that with whoever the defense puts on the stand?

Cohen is not being demolished by the defense.
Honestly in debate is appropriated.

COHEN concealed more than $4 million in personal income from the IRS, made false statements to a federally-insured financial institution in connection with a $500,000 home equity loan, and, in 2016, caused $280,000 in payments to be made to silence two women who otherwise planned to speak publicly about their alleged affairs with a presidential candidate, thereby intending to influence the 2016 presidential election.

There ya see. Trump wasn't involved in the payoffs (extortions) 😀
How did you even get that from what I posted? There was nothing about whether Trump was involved or not.
It simply just proves that there was a crime committed, which Cohen has already been convicted of. Now it’s up to the jury to decide if Trump was involved.

Regardless.
Now how about the actual questions I asked?

Not really.
This trial is not about Cohen.
It’s about Trump.
You don’t have a full on jury trial for no reason.

The 'star witness' is on trial ... don't ever doubt that.
He's a convicted liar.
And many analysts believe he just lied on the stand again this week.
He absolutely IS on trial.

then you can articulate the crime, and the other crime? remember there is the part where they claim Trump snuck into his accountants office and changed the ledger to read his payments were a legal expense instead of.......(something you can't answer-what it should have been classified as), and he did it to cover up his other crime. Which you also cannot describe. But I bet you are up to the challenge, since you are fact based and not operating on TDS feelz.
And the point was, Cohen didn't have a jury trial, he pled guilty on his own volition. Being a lawyer, why would he do that? It's like he doesn't know he could have fought this in court if he was innocent. But if he was guilty, and knew it, I suppose pleading guilty might have been the best option. But then, that makes him guilty and not Trump. Unless Trump forced him to cheat on his taxes and take out a HELOC on his house. If you can prove that, you might still not have a case at all....

So what? He was still convicted of a crime for his part in the hush money payments, which puts a big hole in your claim that there is no crime.
