I wasn't there. You weren't there. The judge was there and was close enough to hear what Trump was saying.

Donald Trump's horrible treatment by officials and authorities is one thing that is causing so many African-American people to gravitate to him.

He's being targeted, profiled, and executed unfairly by cocky high-ranking assholes... Just like the 1960s.

Pew report pokes a hole in the narrative about Trump-loving Black voters. (Pew is a respected polling service)

A new report from the Pew Research Center pokes a hole in the oft-repeated claim that a historic racial realignment is occurring within American politics, with nonwhite voters learning to love the GOP and Donald Trump.

But you neednā€™t just take my word for it. Pewā€™s analysis of registered voters ā€” based on hundreds of thousands of interviews conducted from 1994 through last summer ā€” showed that while Democrats may have lost some support among nonwhite voters, any seismic shift in party identification is largely a figment of the mediaā€™s imagination.

So...how is she unbiased?

During Tuesdayā€™s jury selection, Trumpā€™s defense attorneys tried to prevent a potential juror from staying on the case because she celebrated Trumpā€™s 2020 loss, Fox News reported. ā€œThey wanted to have a peremptory challenge to excuse the juror because they thought that she said she could be impartial, but had social media posts that apparently had her celebrating Trumpā€™s loss in 2020,ā€ Trace Gallagher reported, ā€œand so they challenged her. The judge said, ā€˜Nope, she can be impartial. She stays.

Is that the one that later got booted?

Nice opinion piece.
Hereā€™s the totally unbiased opinions ā€˜writerā€™ā€¦.

Ja'han Jones is The ReidOut Blog writer. He's a futurist and multimedia producer focused on culture and politics. His previous projects include "Black Hair Defined" and the "Black Obituary Project."

Hereā€™s some of the greatest hits from the ā€˜writerā€™ā€¦.

ā€œI think thereā€™s a story to be written about how men could be drawn in by Trumpā€™s misogyny.ā€
Say what? šŸ¤”

ā€œI also think thereā€™s a discussion to be had about how some nonwhite voters might cast ballots for Trump out of fear of the racial violence that could follow if he loses.ā€
9.2/10 mental gymnastics therešŸ¤”

ā€œSo I think the Pew analysis holds promise. Itā€™s encouragement for news outlets to do what I and many other Black folks have been advising for some time: Find a story more worthwhile.ā€
The truth hurts šŸ¤”

The Pew research confirms blacks turning away from the libs. This ā€˜writerā€™ just doesnā€™t want to see it, and he tells you. His writing reeks of DEI hire. He certainly wasnā€™t hired for merit.
Black voters who identify as Democrats dropped from 91% in 2016 to 83% in 2023. Itā€™s right there in the poll.
Famous black stars/athletes/influencers are going away in droves. They are taking the rest with them.
The Rock and Mariano Rivera being the most recent iirc.
Maybe if Biden wasnā€™t such a racist he would keep those voters.

Believe what you want. Pew is a respectable polling site.

If a biased OP -- then it can counter Breitbart, etc -- which original poster making the claim is partial to.

OK -- I don't really care.

The point was -- they now support Trump.

I seriously doubt it.

There are very, very few of those types of people.

People are going to find him innocent or guilty based on politics.

It's not the location - it's the timing.

It should have been brought right away or waited until after this election.

The timing makes it unfair and election interference.

I'm not in the "law business" -- me telling them how they should run things would be idiotic and stupid.

I've found the process interesting, but tedious -- mostly because of Trump. He's a buffoon.

Like good police work -- following procedure -- letting it work through all the processes and appeals -- crossing "T's" -- dotting "I's".

At some point you run out of space to run.

The moment it is realized that any judge has an agenda or attitude than is not a part of a non-biased legal process, the defendant should immediately be granted the right to have that judge removed from the case, and a new judge should be assigned.

The stupid situations that are continuously presented in our courtrooms are akin to a circus and demonstrates zero professionalism in most cases.

Definition:
The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the country. It is the final arbiter of the law, and its job is to ensure that the American people receive equal justice under the law.

It should always be monitoring important cases in this country and if bias is obvious to most of us, it most certainly will be obvious to them.

That is just too cute. Religion itself is a bias, so can we probably say there is no way for a fair trial?

Donald Trump would have to lose tons of support for Joe Biden to win in November. That's not going to happen. Biden has promised to raise taxes in 2025. He keeps shooting himself in the foot. (But that's not new, mind you.)
