Multiple people that were in court have reported it.

President George Bush spoke at the annual peace officers Memorial Service many years of his Presidency. So did Obama.

#SleepyDon is currently trending after Trump appears to fall asleep in court.

It's a stupid trial, run by a corrupt judge, slimeball DA, and jailbird witnesses. After the rousing rally in PA this weekend, this silly court case has got to be boring. I didn't even look to see what was happening.

GOOD SUMMARY OF WHY THE JUDGE and DA IN THIS CASE WILL BE PROSECUTED IN 2025 by Donald Trump's DOJ...

Turley said, “Well, the more cases against Trump, the less justice we receive as a people.

You know, the opponents of Trump would have been far better off with just one case, the Mar-a-Lago case. That’s based on real law, real precedent, and one can disagree with the interpretations. But it’s not a reach in the sense of this case.”

He continued, “This case is, creating something, it’s creating a criminal code just for Trump.

You know, you have a misdemeanor whose time has expired, the statute limitations ran out, and it was revived in this rather curious way.

He’s effectively arguing that Trump was filing false business records through his counsel to hide a federal crime.

But it isn’t a federal crime, this wasn’t a campaign contribution.

They also report Trump has sex with Stormy and she said it never happened.

Again....NO VICTIM!

They did not have sex.
Trump paid no money.

This is all about disruption to his life. Screw the campaign. Those who want him gone are going after his family knowing that is the one thing he would defend.

Like I said. F'k it and try to put him in jail. Do it.

There is no crime...just like Fanni, and the Ghoul and Letits.....

Take Heart.. In 12 months, tons of officials will be on trial for taking bribes, treason, manslaughter, selling classified info, holding illegal trials...and MORE.

Even though President Trump "lost" to Joe Biden in early November 2020, in late November 2020, Trump-Barr initiated an overhaul of the Federal Execution system....allowing for many executions @ week.

President Trump KNEW HE'D BE BACK, and that he had to be ready to Rescue America by quickly Draining the Swamp.

Of course, what is happening to Trump is wrong but as the saying goes
"when they come for you, no one is going to be left to speak up"

Abuse of prosecutorial discretion has been going on for decades.
You should have changed the law when it was harming the poor, politically powerless, and minorities.
But no, most posters here were happy because it wasn't happening to them.
I think some of the same ones cheering the beating of a black shop lifter (without a trial) are the exact same ones complaining about this case.

No, you didn't care and left the loophole wide open - thinking could never be used against YOU.
Ha, ha.

George Soros walked right through that loophole, paid off some low level politicians and now you can't vote for you candidate.

The finally came for YOU and now it's too late.

Except there is precedent as Cohen has already been convicted for his role.

Also, statute of limitations didn't run out. The clock pauses when you move out of state.

Trump is accused of covering up a federal crime that he has never even been charged with.
That is unprecedented.
Y’all are desperately grabbing at any straw now.
We see your white knuckles.

Trump falsified business records. Bragg thinks he can show that it was done to cover up another crime. New York law doesn't require the other crime to be charged, just that the prosecution can show intent in the falsification of business records.

LOL!

Good luck with that. No jury will convict based on that.

The whole thing is a joke and a witch hunt and nothing will come of it except for a monumental waste of my taxpayer money.

Trump seems to be pretty worried he'll be convicted considering he has his surrogate Clay Travis out there telling Trump supporters to do everything they can to sneak onto the jury so they can tank the case.

Yes, that makes complete sense.
Great strategy.
Please keep posting these gems.LoL
This is perhaps the weakest case out of all the weak cases.
The judge says Trump must be in court everyday or ‘someone goes to jail’.
Trump banned from attending his sons high school graduation.
I’m trying to figure out how to tell if a judge is attempting to stop someone from campaigning to run for elected office.

He is a criminal defendant. All criminal defendants are required to attend court every day of their trial.

Trump has never attended any of his other childrens' graduations so I doubt he's going to start with this one. Even if he is planning on attending, it's on a Friday when court isn't in session, so it's a moot point.

Stop acting like your merry bunch of political hacks are playing by the rules.
They are twisting, changing, contorting and making a mockery of the judicial system like some two bit magician.
Bad news for you groupies is that the crowd can see through the horrible tricks and the magicians aren’t even trying to hide it anymore.
The more they flail, the better Trump does.
Angry Joe Biden is captaining the titanic.
We know what happens.
This case and its political actors are flawed in so many ways.
Keep betting all your chips on the SOROS DEI hire and the conflicted judge.
I don’t expect to see you at the cashier window. LoL

FACT: As reported by AP, Merchan did not say Donald Trump would not be able to attend the graduation. He commented that it was too early to make a decision.

Just Donald blowing his mouth again.
