Judge Merchan does indeed have skin in the game. His daughter stands to make money on the outcome of the trial. That’s quite a large conflict.

Cannon has her job because she earned it. The only reason you are pissed is she is following the law. Every case, even this one where they are actually misdemeanor accounts but suddenly they are felonies, has been BS.

Carroll case - No evidence awarded 10's of millions.
Letita case - Ruling before trial and a law applied that should not have been

They both pushed it through anyways.
