Those Russian fighters with whom I spoke as a journalist really wanted to face soldiers from NATO armies in a real battle.

I have quite a few friends and have met many more who have served in various conflicts over the years. Not one of them who has experienced real life armed combat has expressed a desire face soldiers from anywhere again.
Of course the vast majority would do so if the need every arose again, indeed quite a few have done so.

The point is; very, very few people who have experienced war once want to do so again....unless they are psychopaths or liars.

So is that 4 Abrams tanks to the 2,600 Russian tanks lost??

Good to see you're still keeping score after all the Russian LOSES!!

I'm suprised the Russian military haven't added more escape hatches for their soliders to retreat from.

It's Not the Tank that Makes the Tank , it's the Tank Crew in it .

I agree with you. You know, I have many friends in the Russian army, I myself went on a humanitarian mission to the front. Those Russian fighters with whom I spoke as a journalist really wanted to face soldiers from NATO armies in a real battle. They had a professional interest.
Mercenaries don't count. This is garbage. Professionals respect each other. Like everywhere and everything.

Not seeing much respect from you for other posters.

If they were to face NATO in a real battle I doubt they would enjoy the experience. But then that would be WW3.

Nobody in their right mind wants that.

Apart from some Russian folks that like to threaten others with nuclear annihilation.

And I'm looking at you, RT.

Judging by the videos I've seen the turrets seem to be ejectable?

Yeah, they do seem to be very inspired by detachable bits a bit like lego models. The Russian tanks don't seem to hold together as well as lego though??
Maybe if Putin hadn't been so against northern Europe forcing them into NATO like he has, he could of asked for a few lego kits to help rebuild his battle tanks and navy.

Ukraine has lost also many tanks, Abrams is just one model....they dont have many those...was it 31 originally .

But the lost tanks numbers are much bigger in Russian side , a mountain of scrap metal .

their tanks have the nickname jack in the box because the turrets blow off from the ammunition cooking off.

A professional interest? In dying do you mean? Which is what would happen if they fought NATO. Why do you think your weasel king keeps chatting about nukes? Well it’s because at least he isn’t stupid enough to think he could win a conventional war.

But here is another thing. None of us WANT a war with Russia or anyone else. I’ve said it before, but it’s worth repeating, most Russians, like most everyone else, are good people who just want to get along and live their lives in peace. You appear, RT, to wish to glorify your 3rd world army’s occasional victories and therefore the war itself. What you should be doing is working to save your boys from death and ousting the idiot running your country. We too should be ousting ours, but it’s not so easy when all avenues are compromised. Maybe, as people, if we just refused to fight each other then there would be no wars. Let the politicians fight it out themselves.

I have lost count of the times that RT has threatened my country with nuclear annihilation.

No one in their right mind wants MAD, except him and the likes of Medvedev.

What if they gave a war and no one came?

Do you see the Ukrainians as less than human in order to justify all this? I think that's how warfare works, but I can't say for sure. All I did is fixed planes, never had to hurt anyone.

They don't need to see them as subhuman. Russians kill Russians too. They have no issue sending 100,000s to their death, so whether its a Ukrainian or Russian dead they don't care as long as they reach their goals. This is how they beat the Germans too... Endless waves of Russians until the Germans ran out of bullets...IDK, but it works for them.

This was March 3 "Russia Loses Nearly 7,000 Troops and 100 Tanks in a Week" I think in Feb it was 30,000 dead... They did human waves until they finally took the town of Avdiivka. In perspective, the US lost a little over 2200 in 20 years in Afghanistan.

America does want to thank RT and his comrades for donating so many ships, tanks, and personnel for drone and new equipment testing. Without the Russian sacrifices, we would be hard-pressed to ensure our ships are protected and we are truly finetuning the drone environment with the help of our Ukrainian friends.

Once again thank you RT for the massive amounts of data collected for we wouldn't be as good as we are without all your help.
