First y’all blame the FBI for staging the insurrection to frame Trump

Now y’all want to trust the FBI in their declaration that there was no insurrection.

Well the point is actually quite clear. Trump lost the election. But he declared he won, and fired up his supporters to protest the election certification. So unless you can prove he won, he clearly incited insurrection.

It looked like a mostly peaceful protest to me, hell I didn't even see one filled over burning cop car that day.

The president comprises just one position in the government authority. Trump’s presidential power was ending, because he lost the election. He revolted against the authority of the election, which is a greater authority than him.

Talk about setting a bad precedent! (Assuming the cynicism in here, myself included, prevails.)

Any president can now revolt when they lose, because their title gives them the power to do so. That stinks. It is rank.

Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed, because she was part of a mob charging at cornered police officers.

So sad that she got duped into fighting for Trump. Her mom even praises Trump! How shameful to be a parent praising the man who duped your grown child into dying for his vanity. Poor Ashli.

and? She shouldn't have tried to get through that door. More people were shot at BLM riots by rioters so you're not exactly proving it wasn't mostly peaceful if that is how the BLM riots were described.

Pounce on what, I'll agree the protesters should have stayed on the street and never enter the building, but i did see video of them being let in by guards which I think lead to this escalation.

Having lived in Illinois I can tell you it wouldn't matter if his name was the only one on the ballot, he would never win the vote and gain the electoral votes for that state.

Why do you deflect with BLM?

The point is Trump promoted, “Stop The Steal,” when he did not have a leg to stand on. Mayhem and death ensued.

IMO, Trump will be lucky if the worst liberty he is denied for his wrongdoing is his presidential candidacy.

The more serious case about this insurrection, I just heard is scheduled to start in April.

I would say he had a leg to stand on, he was winning then at 3am in the morning the tooth fairy shows up and drops off a bunch of Biden ballots and magically Joe was in the lead. It was enough to pause and take a serious look but that didn't happen so distrust was pretty high.

Commander in Chief. I"m just providing you so many words and phrases to familiarize yourself with.
I will let you look that one up.
And I will ask what authority is above or equal to the POTUS in this situation?

Listen you guys propelled Trump to this level. It started when your side faked a dossier through a foreign government, which turned the situation into foreign involvement in U.S. election interference. Then your buddies at the tech companies and major media outlets pushed this false narrative and anyone who tried to question it was silenced and then forced out of their careers because you wanted so bad to remove a legally elected president by the people. I'm not sure how you still claim he didn't have any good reason to act the way he did.

Nothing, and no one is, but that doesn't stop nutball leftists from projecting that something is, based on their whacked out ideology and feelings of group euphoria when they get away with crimes like massive voter fraud, garbage bags of counterfeit ballots all for Biden, results on all the major state paid news networks suddenly shifting that the entire world witnessed.

Considering their complete lack of morals of any kind are added in to this foray makes for a powerful drug for these types of dishonest human scum, and it is so addicting to them they keep on going. The only thing that stops them is judgement day, when the dead end road they have been on comes to an abrupt and sobering end.

The election results, and DJT’s failure to contest those results legally, trumps the fiat of the commander in chief to oppose the election results.

Going by your logic, any president can declare war whenever they lose an election, and be immune from prosecution.

I think they call that a banana republic…

Here we go again.

Donald Trump's life doesn't depend on him being eligible to be President of the United States again. Nor does his liberty depend on his eligibility to be President of the United States. And finally, the office of the President of the United States isn't Donald Trump's property.

I notice you failed to address his pursuit of happiness. Why is that? I will tell you why since you never respond to the hard questions. You didn't mention it because it destroys your whole point. Oh, just for the record once again for everybody who missed it all the other times: (See your optometrist.)

FBI Confirms There Was No Insurrection On Jan. 6th

Not if his (sic) is ineligible through Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

How many times will you keep beating this dead horse!? The FBI has confirmed there WAS NO INSURRECTION!!!

You have heard of the FBI?

Secondly, the 14th Amendment, section 3 says nothing about a criminal conviction.

BUT.... does it say anything about insurrection? Answer me that. Since the FBI has confirmed there was no insurrection on January 6th, that would kind of make your point, er.... pointless? I expect an answer this time.

The states represent the people. As you know, these cases were brought before the state courts by the voters on behalf of their right to have a ballot free of insurrectionists.

That statement is a flat out lie. I live in the state of Illinois and we voters didn't bring any such thing to be voted on. It was just those Liberal Lunatics up in Chicago that brought it forward. Now refute that!

The FBI is not the deciding factor here.
That is now two responses that prove just how out of touch some are.
