So some random democrat party judge gets to decide unilaterally who is and is not allowed on the ballot.

Tell me again which party is dangerous for Democracy?

I can certainly understand why rank and file Democrat party members don't like Donald Trump and why they wouldn't want him to be president. What I don't understand is why they are supportive of this slow walk toward authoritarian rule their party leaders are taking us on.

It will never happen; Republicans don't have the stones for that.

They sill think they can talk their way out of the counter culture position.

These people deny democracy by disallowing the population from choosing their representative.

I also wonder how sane people can look at all this and not see a problem. Then I wonder, what could cause someone to vacate their moral compass to such a degree?

I'm left baffled.

Read the 14th Amendment. Not a requirement.

Does the SCOTUS want to amend the 14th Amendment for Donald Trump?

The SCOTUS are between a rock and a hard place, yeah?

On the one hand, of course the states have the right to establish Donald Trump instigated an insurrection. But then again, it would be a politically dangerous precedent to set.

In other words, they have to decide on whether to give the right decision, or the politically correct decision.

You can't arbitrarily 'decide' someone is quilty of a crime and then meet out a punishiment; they need to be convicted of the crime before punishment is set at sentencing.

I’ve said it a thousand times, Biden can’t beat Trump in a fair and square election.

I don’t know, Trump is starting to appear more and more unhinged with every losed legal battle, where as Biden is starting to appear more and more cool, claim and collected.

Obviously, the hardcore MAGA fanatics are going to vote for Trump no matter what. But I think you’re going to see Biden gain a lot of ground with the moderates in the months to come.

Simply because Trump is noticeably buckling under pressure.

You guys sure like to embellish sh!t.

Unhinged?
When? Where? How?

Where is he buckling under pressure?

He has attended countless manufactured court proceedings against him, he still on the stump giving countless rally’s and you guys act like he can barely speak a complete sentence like Biden can’t.

Have you seen Trump stumble and bumble up stairs or fall down on a stage?

You are gonna have to come up with better than that but quite frankly, you don’t have the capability to come up with anything better.

Biden is cool, calm and collected?

How many state supreme courts have to establish he is in fact guilty of insurrection for you to accept it?

Obviously more than 3… lol.

And they know they cannot lockdown the entire country again for massive mail-in voting fraud, so they use these illegal, election interfering tactics.

I doubt that. Trump didn't win Illinois in 2020, or in 2016. He didn't win Maine or Colorado either. But when he loses again, tell yourself that.

Then you Liberals have nothing to worry about then eh?

When we say "of course the states have the right to establish Donald Trump instigated an insurrection" who exactly are we talking about?

One Circuit Judge in one county gets to speak and decide for the entire state?

Four out of seven state Supreme Court justices get to speak and decide for the entire state?

One security of state gets to speak and decide for the entire state?

It seems a bit of a fallacy to be invoking "States Rights" when we are, in fact, talking about the opinions of six people.

You know what would be a good indication as to how a state feels about a political candidate... an election.

How about an actual trial instead of leftists deciding he's guilty.

A trial would mean he would probably go to prison if found guilty, rather than just be taken off a state ballot.

Do you seriously understand what your asking for? I highly doubt Trump himself wants a federal trial… lol.

Dude keeps arguing presidential immunity just to avoid it.

Dude keeps proclaiming his innocence... thats how you know he's guilty.

If he wasn't guilty he wouldn't need to keep telling us he's innocent.

When was the last time you had to tell people you were innocent?
