I'm watching it now skipping the history lesson. I like how he suggests he pulled back from Kyiv only because Ukraine negotiated and once he pulled back then they threw it all in the trash. I don't think he realizes we watch how his army fumbled badly and then didn't recover for over two years now.

If Ukraine threw it all in the trash why not just go on to Kyiv if the only thing that stopped them was an agreement? We all saw what happened...

He said he wouldn't attack any other country, he also said that in the Charlie Rose interview about Ukraine. "I only have troops on the border as a defense." Seems if we look back in 3 years we will see the same thing he is full of crap.

Tucker asked Putin to release Evan Gershkovich, the WSJ reporter currently jailed in Russia, and let him come back with him to the US.

Well , if you Did Skip the " History Lesson " , then you might have Missed the Gist of his Reasoning and Handling of this " Civil War " between Historical and Biological Russians . It explains a lot of Why it all started in the first place .

It’s an interesting interview.

I like how he’s against the self determination of different ethnic groups who have their own language and cultures. Implying that they’re essentially Russians and just can’t reconcile that.

I'm sure I know it already, and Russia during the USSR created its own special history. Look up the real history of Crimea for example, and compare it to what Russia says it is.

He is talking about how sanctions hurt the world and the US more than Russia...well as Russia's economy spirals down into a mess. He talks about paying in Rubles and even China doesn't want them.

Always humorous hearing the hubris of a former super power talk about how well they’re doing right behind Texas economically.

They rely on the likes of Iran and North Korea. They have a complicated relationship with China who would likely eat them up.

And yet, some sympathize with Russia while also being hardline against Russias biggest allies.

No I am not Russian, I am someone who spent the first 30yrs of his life, being indoctrinated into how evil Russia was.

It's only when you research history, that you discover that certain cohorts in the US considered Russia to be a threat.

The threat was not so much a military one but a global economic one, and the propaganda commenced, to demonise Russia, to hide the fact that the USA (or rather its controllers) wanted and still want Global domination.

After the USA dropped nuclear bombs onto Japanese cities, incinerating hundreds of thousands of civilians. I had naively believed that the human race had evolved beyond that sort of brutality, but now we are witnessing the same destructive inhumane bombing of innocent women and children in Palestine.

I think we have evolved into a more mature consciousness, and I honestly believe that the average person, now, feels more of a bond towards our fellow human beings, the internet has played large part in that transformation.

The problems we face are not human in origin .. they are spiritual.

Now is the time for everyone, all of us citizens, to stand up against our leaders and demand accountability, before they drag us all into hell along with them.

As a outside observer with no skin in the game it has been embarrassing to watch what has happened since 2020 in America , Can you imagine any other world leader carring on like Joe Biden and being allowed to get away with it .

It was not so long ago the democratic party were calling for the 25th amendment on Trump when he was President and Biden cannot remember being VP or what year his son died or even where his son died .

I have the early stages of dementia and I can see the advanced stages in Biden , a former neighbour of mine years ago was walking in the front door and going out the back door and did not remember a thing .

It is a horrible thing and hard to explain, I get up to make a coffee and by the time I have reached the kettle 12 foot away I have forgotten what I was doing in the kitchen , I stand up and it's 2024 , I take one step and I am thinking about 2002 by the time I am at the kettle I am looking out the window thinking it is 1985 , I look back into my living room and it is a strange alien world so so far away and I wonder what I am doing here .

All the above is true and happened to me not long ago , I am not running a country or giving people orders or being visable on a world stage like Biden is .

Us Brits had a saying about the slaughter that happened in WW1 with the idiots in command sending waves of young men to their deaths , Lions led by lambs .

I just saw the interview and I loved it!

He is very intelligent, and I could also feel his heart - yes, I do question him just like I do with everything and everybody, but he is a very inspiring person, and I agree with many of his points because I have been thinking the same thoughts.

I hope the Danish politicians will listen and learn because they need to wake up!

I love Denmark because I do believe it is one of the best places to live, but since the corona madness started, I have noticed a corruption that is trying to destroy this lovely country.

In 2016 The Netherlands had a EU referendum we had to vote for ukraine Association Agreement

60% voted against this treaty and we all thought that this referendum was a binding referendum the outcome should decide if the treaty could be initiated.

Afterward they wiped it off the table and told us that whatever the outcome would be the EU would be decisive about this treaty?

Why do a referendum if it's not binding?

Evil is not a word I would use today. The old USSR was evil though and Putin comes from that mentality. Putin is a true psychopath and I'm not saying it as a slur, he truly is. He can charm your pants off in an interview and then kill 100 people with an order.

There is and has been zero threat from NATO, and the only reason why countries want to join is that they fear Russia will pull a Georgia, Crimea, Chechnya, and now Ukraine on them too. EU only wants to buy their energy, no one wants that frozen hellhole.

Russia, China, and even the EU want it too... (why do you think EU was formed) US basically has it... That wasn't as brutal if we didn't and did a land war. We needed to break their back and a land war would have seen 10 million dead, or more. Did you know there was more destruction and deaths in the fire bombings in Japan than the two nukes? The firebombing of Toyto was devastating, which is why they needed untouched cities.

That is because you have not been to the 100 other countries where your life would go horrendously wrong. You have the mindset of someone living an easy life, well I hate to break it to you, but there are about 7 billion who do not live that easy life too and their world is 180 degrees different than yours. Think if America sent 800,000 Americans to their death in a war...Putin is halfway there and sending another 400,000 untrained poorly equipped "soldiers" to be the next slaughter.

Well first, let's start with Russia to not fund a war in Donbas since 2014 using Nazis, and then tell them to go home and pay a trillion dollars of reparations to rebuild all they destroyed.

Russia plays an old trick I learned in survival school many years ago. To put a gun to the head of your fellow soldier and say if you do not do what I want I will shoot him..even something as simple as picking up a glass of water and drinking it. You don't do it and the guy shoots your fellow soldier in the head and tells you it's all your fault.

Russia has physically instigated all this since 2014 but says it's all our fault.

My feedback on the interview is so-so... Seems he is still healthy and in good mind. I do think the Charlie Rose one was much better though.
