Lots and lots of legal precedent being set this year and I don't think it's a good thing.

It was his job to determine whether or not he could confidently win a court case. He was not confident. If a prosecutor doesn't think they're going to win they're not going to indict.

Bull#.It should be up to a Grand Jury at this point. Why did that not happen? It did to Trump. A Special Prosecutor can recommend charges for things that happen during the investigation also.

If it was Trump or a Jan 6 rioter, they wouldn’t care about prosecution. They would trump up the charges, force the issue to make the individual spend time and millions on defense hoping the individual exhausts all their resources and submits to some plea deal.

According to all the scathing press from even friendly news outlets... If you're going to break federal law and mishandl classified docs its better to get caught after you've become too old to prosecute.

Told a friend at work that is responsible for the SAP physical security of documents what the ruling was... he started cussing and said F it im looking for a new job if I did 1/10th of what he did I would be in Leavenworth before I finished saying sorry.

JOSEF SHUTZ was prosecuted for deadly crimes against innocent people (like Biden has committed) at the age of 101.

The media was blazing when it was (falsely) reported that Donald Trump was sharing classified info with a Russia guy. But you don't hear sh'it about this from the same media, now that it's a confirmed fact, Biden has shared State Secrets with people who don't have the "need to know".

Biden didn't need a spending Bill to reverse all the policies that were securing the border.

Why does he need one to just enforce the laws that he's already required to?

Don't gaslight us. Biden literally said that he would shut down the border. Republicans get exactly what they wanted. Why wouldn't they take that deal? I'll tell you. They don't care about the border.

If congress knows this. And has not done it. Then you know they are full of it. And they don't really care about the border.
