Treason is defined in the constitution. If it doesn't fit that definition. It's not treason.
Well and now Biden tried to make deal with Republicans over the border. To even close it. They were about to pass it. And guess what. They didn't.
So who will you blame now?

Bull#.It should be up to a Grand Jury at this point. Why did that not happen? It did to Trump. A Special Prosecutor can recommend charges for things that happen during the investigation also.

According to all the scathing press from even friendly news outlets... If you're going to break federal law and mishandl classified docs its better to get caught after you've become too old to prosecute.

Told a friend at work that is responsible for the SAP physical security of documents what the ruling was... he started cussing and said F it im looking for a new job if I did 1/10th of what he did I would be in Leavenworth before I finished saying sorry.
“A bipartisan bill would be good for America and help fix our broken immigration system and allow speedy access for those who deserve to be here, and Congress needs to get it done,” Biden said. “It’ll also give me as president, the emergency authority to shut down the border until it could get back under control. If that bill were the law today, I’d shut down the border right now and fix it quickly.”
“A president doesn't have the unilateral authority to shut down the border. If a president did, the prior president would have done it,” said Alberto Benitez, director of the Immigration Clinic at George Washington University Law School. “Even the prior president, who had a particular perspective on immigration, never shut down the border. There needs to be buy-in from Congress that a border shutdown is necessary, which there never has been.”
