It's not about being lazy. You are the one making the claim. It's up to you to prove it.

Trump had documents on intelligence sources. In 2021 it was reported there was a massive uptick in intelligence sources being killed. Who did Trump sell that information to?

Thank you for providing the applicable laws.
But please. Next time don't cherry pick from the law.
Any alien (including an alien crewman) in and admitted to the United States shall, upon the order of the Attorney General, be removed if the alien is within one or more of the following classes of deportable aliens:
This section here at the beginning gives the Attorney General discretion of whom he wishes to deport. Not that he has to deport everyone. Also from reading this law it seems that Bidens ICE is following the law. The law here speaks mostly about aliens that have committed crimes. Are we upset that Bidens ICE is following the law?

Like the video interview of President Trump was released to the public, Congress is demanding the video interview of Joe Biden by special counsel Robert Hur be released to the public.
Not surprisingly, the Biden administration is resisting letting taxpayers have full access to what we paid for.
We must fight for this. Send a message to the White House and your member of Congress.
what laws are missing to prevent the border patrol from stopping people from coming in? They currently have orders to process, adjudicate, and release into the country. That's where the issue is. Our laws already make it a crime to cross illegally. Enforce those.

Yes "SHALL" is there.
However also "upon the order of the Attorney General". Which he is doing.
They seem to be following the law and deporting people.
And from an earlier article I posted. It seems that the president needs congress to more fully control the border. He can't do it unilaterally.
“President Trump also tried to use that authority at the southwest border, but was blocked by the courts,” Bush-Joseph told Spectrum News. “Which is why President Biden has said that he needs this new authority to be able to prevent people from applying for asylum.”
In 2018, Trump tried to block people from seeking asylum if they crossed the southern border illegally, but the courts stopped him, citing a provision of the law that affords anyone on U.S. soil — no matter how they got there — the right to seek asylum.
“A president doesn't have the unilateral authority to shut down the border. If a president did, the prior president would have done it,” said Alberto Benitez, director of the Immigration Clinic at George Washington University Law School. “Even the prior president, who had a particular perspective on immigration, never shut down the border. There needs to be buy-in from Congress that a border shutdown is necessary, which there never has been.”
Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.

Gives any alien physically present in the USA or after being interdicted in international or US waters have the right to apply for asylum.
So yeah. Locking down the border is not so easy. Looks like there needs to be some political will between both parties to get things done. Do nothing congress strikes again.
Obtaining Asylum in the United States
To be eligible for asylum in the United States, a person must first meet the definition of a refugee as established in the Immigration and Naturalization Act.
This means that they have a fear of persecution due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or their inclusion in a particular social group. There are two pathways to obtaining asylum in the US: the affirmative and the defensive process.
