And they keep peddling the lie that they just told him he needed another lock, like that would make evetything OK. No, if you actually read all the filings, he was told to put an additional lock and wait until further contact from the government.
It's so nutty that actual testimony and notes from his lawyers, text messages, other witness testimony, cctv footage are considered "lies" on ATS.
We see it with J6 too, dudes on video actually beating a cop with a chair, or a flagpole and bragging about it on social media or whatever, and it's all, "it's a
sham!"
Strangest thing I've seen.

He was ordered by the court to turn over all documents that had classified markings. Instead of doing this he hid documents and had his lawyers lie.
It doesn't matter if he somehow thought he was the owner of documents containing nuclear secrets. He was strictly by the the courts he needed to turn over those documents and he willfully chose not thi do so.
You seem to be omitting that Trump turned over loads of materials and even invited agents into MAL. Then, at their request, put a lock on a door.
You're attributing lots and lots of your own opinion on Trump in attempt to make this argument when the facts far outweigh your opinion.
It’s pretty much just embarrassing at this point for them to be so wrong about everything for this long.
That’s why I believe it’s just a paid gig.

He didn't invite anyone. He was legally required to do so because he had been subpoenaed.
As soon as he was subpoenaed he began asking his lawyers about hiding documents from the investigators. We know this is true because his lawyers notes have been entered into evidence.
We also know that he asked his co-defendants to move documents stored in the storage room shortly after the subpoena was issued.
Why would he tell his lawyers the only place they needed to search for documents was the storage room when he very well knew he had just had documents moved from there? Why would he tell his lawyers that all documents had been turned over when he knew he had just had documents moved to his personal quarters?
I greatly admire your patience.
And that you stick to facts.
Then we can discuss a Biden crime.
For the 100th time here, it's all noted in the court filings which have also been linked a 100 times.

Well we will see won't we? I'm sure Mr. Trump has a very good defense for asking his lawyers to "pluck out the bad ones instead of returning them. Will be very, very interesting.

You are 100% certain that’s what he said?
How?
Edit - And please give me an answer on the question I asked…..is it possible they falsified the court filings?

The attorney told federal investigators that he discussed the folder with Trump and the former president made a gesture that suggested he wanted the attorney to identify “anything really bad” and “you know, pluck it out.” The attorney clarified that Trump did not articulate such instructions beyond making that “plucking motion.” The attorney said he did not “pluck” anything from the folder but instead immediately contacted the FBI and another Trump attorney.

Keep up, the charges are all around his refusal to turn over the government property.
How much longer did Biden have his documents compared to say Trump?
...keep up.
Guess what? If he returned all the docs including the classified stuff when NARA requested them, or heck, even when he was served a subpoena, he would be sitting pretty. But nope he felt he was above those laws.
I'm pretty sure he says they are his documents. We will have to see.
Yet Biden could not lay claim to classified material. Odd that, no?
That is the difference. Noticed you left out Pence who also had docs, but willingly returned them.
Good for Pence. He doesn't factor into the equation however.

Senators Do Not Have Presidential Security Clearances . Joe was a Senator with Unauthorized Access to Sensitive Top Secret Documents that he for Some Odd Reason kept in his Garage in Delaware Next to his Corvette . WTF ?

Just provide a link to the court filings with the notes and testimony from Biden's attorneys, the cctv footage, the text messages from his employees to move the boxes after being served a subpoena because Biden refused to return the top secret NatSec and Human Intel docs. For the 100th time, then we can give Biden the same treatment.
Then we can discuss a Biden crime.
And how is it leaps in logic for Trump's crime when he told his attorney to not return some and "Pluck the bad ones out"? So they were not returned as ordered per the subpoena.
