And they keep peddling the lie that they just told him he needed another lock, like that would make evetything OK. No, if you actually read all the filings, he was told to put an additional lock and wait until further contact from the government.

It's so nutty that actual testimony and notes from his lawyers, text messages, other witness testimony, cctv footage are considered "lies" on ATS.

We see it with J6 too, dudes on video actually beating a cop with a chair, or a flagpole and bragging about it on social media or whatever, and it's all, "it's a
sham!"

Strangest thing I've seen.

You have a strong problem with facts.

That's no one elses problem but yours.

It's also no one elses problem that you don't learn from your past mistakes of following the MSM's carrots...

He was ordered by the court to turn over all documents that had classified markings. Instead of doing this he hid documents and had his lawyers lie.

It doesn't matter if he somehow thought he was the owner of documents containing nuclear secrets. He was strictly by the the courts he needed to turn over those documents and he willfully chose not thi do so.

You seem to be omitting that Trump turned over loads of materials and even invited agents into MAL. Then, at their request, put a lock on a door.

You're attributing lots and lots of your own opinion on Trump in attempt to make this argument when the facts far outweigh your opinion.

It’s pretty much just embarrassing at this point for them to be so wrong about everything for this long.

That’s why I believe it’s just a paid gig.

I think it's a stroke of genius myself Razor.

Think about it. Lead these dupes along the primrose path so far that to admit that they were wrong would be an affront to their very being. Their being being so bereft of standards and values that it wasn't a difficult task, but a feat worthy of actually accomplishing.

None of them can deviate from the path or their entire worldview (which encompasses their identity) falls apart.

They simply cannot hold two ideas in their head at the same time. So for folks reading along, I'm here to tell you that you can STILL hate Trump AND wish to see law, order and justice done correctly.

Hell, many on ATS here have no problem admitting as much and I've exponentially more respect for them than I do with these parrots and useful tools.

He didn't invite anyone. He was legally required to do so because he had been subpoenaed.

As soon as he was subpoenaed he began asking his lawyers about hiding documents from the investigators. We know this is true because his lawyers notes have been entered into evidence.

We also know that he asked his co-defendants to move documents stored in the storage room shortly after the subpoena was issued.

Why would he tell his lawyers the only place they needed to search for documents was the storage room when he very well knew he had just had documents moved from there? Why would he tell his lawyers that all documents had been turned over when he knew he had just had documents moved to his personal quarters?

I greatly admire your patience.

And that you stick to facts.

Yes, Annee's version of facts where boys can be girls and that globalism is the only way to live a happy life, trust your government and do not question them.

Just provide a link to the court filings with the notes and testimony from Biden's attorneys, the cctv footage, the text messages from his employees to move the boxes after being served a subpoena because Biden refused to return the top secret NatSec and Human Intel docs. For the 100th time, then we can give Biden the same treatment.

Then we can discuss a Biden crime.

And how is it leaps in logic for Trump's crime when he told his attorney to not return some and "Pluck the bad ones out"? So they were not returned as ordered per the subpoena.
For the 100th time here, it's all noted in the court filings which have also been linked a 100 times.

So when I'm talking about two tiered justice, hypocrisy and double standards, I really appreciate you insisting on this line.

Before you full throat the government ad nauseum, please check your own self for consistency and hypocrisy...

I don’t know why I am wasting my time but here goes…….

For the 10,000th time, you don’t think they would manufacture or falsify something in a court filing against Trump?
It’s a known fact that it has happened before.

There are still people here that believe the Piss Dossier, the toilet pics of torn up papers etc. are true.
And I know you are most likely one of those “true” believers.

Nevermind the fact that court documents are allegations and argumentative rhetoric contrived on one side.

Thus we have an adversarial process.

You are 100% certain that’s what he said?
How?

Edit - And please give me an answer on the question I asked…..is it possible they falsified the court filings?

Way to provide with a case and point example of your relationship with facts.

The attorney told federal investigators that he discussed the folder with Trump and the former president made a gesture that suggested he wanted the attorney to identify “anything really bad” and “you know, pluck it out.” The attorney clarified that Trump did not articulate such instructions beyond making that “plucking motion.” The attorney said he did not “pluck” anything from the folder but instead immediately contacted the FBI and another Trump attorney.

What is very interesting is your blind adherence to falsehoods over and over again despite the actual facts.

Crickets as usual.

Not answering is worse than some BS answer.

You guys know it’s most likely true they falsified a lot of crap against Trump but you don’t care as long as they get Orange Man Bad.

Is it possible? Anything is possible. Is it true that the courts pierced the crime fraud exception and then he
Corcoran testified for the Grand Jury and provided his notes? Yes. Link

Is it true that statements Corcoran made in testimony are quoted in the indictment? Yes, linked many times.

Is it true Corcoran has never denied any of this? Yes.

So, is it possible it was falsified? Yes. Is it probable? At this time with no dispute about it, except from ATS, no.

Oh please. He could have cured cancer for kids and they would still be coming at him like this. He declassified something that implicates a lot of people.

Sorry. I do not believe the FBI and DOJ. Did he have something? Yes. Was he allowed to? Yes

They have been trying to make him cave and he won't because he knows he did not do anything wrong.

Keep up, the charges are all around his refusal to turn over the government property.

How much longer did Biden have his documents compared to say Trump?

...keep up.

Guess what? If he returned all the docs including the classified stuff when NARA requested them, or heck, even when he was served a subpoena, he would be sitting pretty. But nope he felt he was above those laws.

I'm pretty sure he says they are his documents. We will have to see.

Yet Biden could not lay claim to classified material. Odd that, no?

That is the difference. Noticed you left out Pence who also had docs, but willingly returned them.

Good for Pence. He doesn't factor into the equation however.

Senators Do Not Have Presidential Security Clearances . Joe was a Senator with Unauthorized Access to Sensitive Top Secret Documents that he for Some Odd Reason kept in his Garage in Delaware Next to his Corvette . WTF ?

I think they don’t get people are sick of how punishment is applied out of political convenience. With no consistency. Some sailor takes pictures of a 20 year old engine room (Fro what I can see it was the steam plant and not the reactor compartment, might be wrong) in 2009 and sentenced in 2016. For what I can see with no criminal intent. Items probably just classified confidential.

Some senator steals actual top secret documents, puts them in his garage, and it’s glossed over? I guess presidential immunity is a thing.

They never asked Biden for his because they were not trying to prevent him from running for President. Also if Killery can get caught red handed physically destroying the evidence in a federal investigation of her miss use of classified documents and receive no penalty then a precedence has been set and you can't go after Trump for doing less.

It has been made painfuly clear that "they" can go after anyone they want for what ever reason they come up with.

When the case itself, and all the legal fees and damage to public representation, are the ends they are seeking than it really doesn't mater the merits of the case.
