Then any woman who had consensual sex with a man, can convict him, by merely saying he raped her and having his DNA on her clothing. In other words, things get messy when you're having consensual or non consensual sex, and having a man's DNA on your clothes does not mean the woman was raped.

No. It was a hypothetical "she".
I was answering this post:

The verdict was split: Jurors rejected Carroll’s claim that she was raped, finding Trump responsible for a lesser degree of sexual abuse. The judgment adds to Trump’s legal woes and offers vindication to Carroll, whose allegations had been mocked and dismissed by Trump for years.
Jurors also found Trump liable for defaming Carroll over her allegations. Trump did not attend the civil trial and was absent when the verdict was read.
Trump’s lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, shook hands with Carroll and hugged her lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, after the verdict was announced. Outside the courthouse, he told reporters the jury’s rejection of the rape claim while finding Trump responsible for sexual abuse was “perplexing” and “strange.”
The jury awarded Carroll $2 million for Trump’s sexual abuse and $20,000 in punitive damages. For defamation, jurors awarded $1 million for Trump’s October statement, another $1.7 million for harm to Carroll’s reputation and $280,000 in punitive damages.

Trump had an opportunity to defend himself in the first trial, but he tucked tail and cowered from the witness stand. And we're supposed to believe that he now wants to testify? Too late, he had his chance and he blew it; just like his lazy, do nothing term in office.
Green Bay is gonna beat your team this weekend.

WHAT HAS PRESIDENT TRUMP DONE WRONG TO THIS WOMAN BEYOND A SEXUAL THING in the 1990's?
It's got to be more than "hurt her feelings".

Well there's the continued defamation. Just yesterday alone he made over 20 posts about her.
But let's now focus on the fact that you think there's nothing wrong with Trump sexually assaulting her.

At this point one of these judges just needs to hold him in contempt. He's going to keep acting like this in open court until he faces actual consequences to his actions. No other defendant would be given the same leeway he has been given.
