this is from civil suit where he has already been found liable for the sexual abuse and defamation but the jury didn't believe he raped her. this is to determine how much he has to pay her for the defamation judgement. i'm like his lawyer i think it's strange the jury didn't believe he raped her, but found he did sexually abuse her and he defamed her.

so it kinda makes some sense that he said trump or his lawyer can't say he didn't rape her or refer to her claims of it, because he wasn't found liable for the rape. just sexually abusing her and defamation.

notice he didn't say they couldn't ask or present evidence that he didn't sexually abuse her or defame her.

here is the a link for when he was found liable for sexual abuse and defamation. but what's strange there is they all ready said what the damages were.

The jury awarded Carroll $2 million for Trump’s sexual abuse and $20,000 in punitive damages. For defamation, jurors awarded $1 million for Trump’s October statement, another $1.7 million for harm to Carroll’s reputation and $280,000 in punitive damages.

the above is where she was already awarded damages once, this doesn't make any sense unless this is a appeal of the verdict.

It supposedly happened in 96. They even passed a special law regarding statue of limitation in NY for this. She had a book coming out. She brought this allegation up again.

For the life of me I do not know how someone can be civil charged for saying he did not rape someone when they in fact did not rape someone.

At this point one of these judges just needs to hold him in contempt. He's going to keep acting like this in open court until he faces actual consequences to his actions. No other defendant would be given the same leeway he has been given.

How does it not make sense? The jury in the previous case believe there was enough evidence to show Trump sexually assaulted her but didn't penetrate her with his penis.
