Just another day in a banana republic kangaroo court.
This lady is bat-sh!t crazy and not credible at all.
Well, according to her “rape is sexy”.
So what’s her problems then?

E Jean Carroll then filed her defamation suit and won.

But OJ!
LOL
Judge Kaplan wrote in his dismissal that the jury in May established that "Mr. Trump 'raped her,' albeit digitally rather than with his penis."
Just stop.
It was not a criminal trial. There should be NO request for DNA at a civil trial. That is such BS.
Now, as stated, what you have shown is there was no evidence to prove he raped her. They...had...nothing.
This was all for her book.
In 2020 and 2021, for The Atlantic, Carroll wrote a series of articles that profiled several of the 25 women that have accused Trump of sexual misconduct. Her profile of Jill Harth, who alleged that she had been groped by Trump, appeared in Vanity Fair in January 2021.[43] In October 2021 This American Life featured Carroll in conversation with Jessica Leeds, who also accused Trump of sexual misconduct.

So yes, looking for a payday, not any real justice.
Which is not good, for actual rape victims, who want justice, and to feel safe going to the police.
When it actually happens.

I disagree. I think everything Carroll has done and written is good for rape victims.
Like it's not important to know when it happened, it wasn't all that traumatic apparently.

Not many view Caroll as a victim.
Probably because of that no evidence/no police report thing.....

Trump had an opportunity to defend himself in the first trial, but he tucked tail and cowered from the witness stand. And we're supposed to believe that he now wants to testify? Too late, he had his chance and he blew it; just like his lazy, do nothing term in office.
