Changes I've noticed?

"Same as it ever was".... to quote the song.

Any difference in insects and/or fowl would be technology. Not unlike what the Navy has done to sealife.

Bee-leave it or knot.

What happened to the solar cycles?

They still exist, right? With their minimums and maximums, right?

The sun is the only source of heat, isn't it?

And we drift close, we drift away, correct?

It all seems normal to me.

And anyone questioning the earlyness or lateness of seasons....wouldn't that be from using a calander that's off a bit, few minutes here, few minutes there until it adds up to a month or several weeks.

That's how I'm rationalizing what people consider irrational. The math computes in my head.

Crop failures are happening because we've abandoned crop rotation and that 7th year of growth to refertilize the soil. The way God designed it.

That's why fruits and vegetables are almost completely void of nutrients.

I do very similar permacuture with a focus on mycobacterium north-west uk. It's the only way to get a harvest with how unpredictable and extreme the weather has been here for the last few years.

It was a lot colder than usual until June which was a heatwave witht no rain for six weeks - none of the local 'pick your own fruit' farms even bothered openning here this year as it killed off most crops which is the first time it has happened since they began 200 years+ ago.

Had a great harvest of pumpkin, spinach, potato, onion, carrots, chillies but tomatoes really struggled with mildew as rained pretty constantly from the start of July and much cooler.

Had 1000s of bees from several species make the area home and were still busy into November which was a good sign as bees had been absent for the last several years.

Its been very stormy for the last few months with tornados, 90+mph winds, flooding, super-cell storms etc...which are felling 1000s of trees and ancient woodland, so making bee hives and windbreaks from all the broken fences around.

And the kicker is..........We are all to blame.

Are you sure about that? You don’t think it has anything to do with the sun and it’s cycles by any chance? was it people to blame for the last ice age, the younger dryas, and the global warming that followed those events?

If you want to talk about pollution go ahead, let’s address a real issue, but cut it with the “we’re all to blame” for the climate crap.

You put a lot of work into that 🙂

So, thank you. For reminding me that there might also be unforeseeable consequences and events that will be better than some others

When I was out foraging for facts yesterday I saw a few articles that said similar things. I've also been reading more optimistic pieces here and there over the past few months

I have an aunt that is fond of saying we get what we get

So, it's hard to know where to land on the doom and gloom scale. Rain in December wasn't something I read in an article

Hype? We all seem to be seeing the same things differently. Like usual 😉

They have very little effect on our weather.

If the sun has no effect on the weather , switch it off then see how you get on.It is the only reason we have weather.

Keep in mind that the GISP2 data (the one in the picture) ends in 1930 and the world has warmed about 1C since 1930.

Well makes sense since we started to come out of the little ice age around 1850. What people do not think about is we are still in the big one.

Hi. I'm back under a different name.

When Rosemary Bellamy asked the BBC if she could have copies of the tapes they said they'd lost them.

These aren't all BBC links but many of them must be.

His distinctive style brought him to the attention of BBC bosses, who invited him to write and present a TV series, Bellamy on Botany (1972). It was a success, appealing to children and adults alike, and thereafter offers came thick and fast.

Weather warfare

China ‘modified’ the weather to create clear skies for political celebration – study

China Threatens India With A Weather Modification System That Can Cover 1.5 Times The Area Of Entire India

In the matter of China's claims to modifying weather, I say they are full of hot air, really. They have been in a drought for the last two years. Enough to affect their base source of energy. Hydro's no longer working for them. Why do you think they're suddenly and furiously building coal plants? If they could modify the weather, they'd bring rain to their drought ridden area. And they haven't.

Rainfall was just half the average over the previous eight years and down by almost 60% compared with the previous 12-month period. Some of the deficit caused by hydro generation was covered by increased generation from wind farms (+82 billion kWh) and solar power (+25 billion kWh). But the rest of the deficit and all the consumption growth was covered by a massive increase in thermal generation (+218 billion kWh) mostly from coal-fired units. Thermal generation increased by 8% compared with the same period in 2022 and accounted for 71% of all electrical output, up from 69% in the previous year.

China's coal fleet kept the lights on, air conditioning working and industry operating in the drought-stricken south and more recently in the north in an unprecedented heat wave. In response to government directives to ensure sufficient fuel stocks for generators, the country's coal mines produced a record volume in the first six months.

Domestic coal production climbed by 107 million tonnes (+5%) between January and June compared with the same period in 2022. At the same time, coal imports also surged by 107 million tonnes (+92%) as power generators and steelmakers built up inventories. In the first half of the year, wind and solar farms produced more electricity (560 billion kWh) combined than the country's hydroelectric dams (450 billion kWh) for the first time.

China's energy transition is real and is proceeding rapidly.

I don't see where there's much proof of weather modification, or should I say 'effective' weather modification by anyone, considering the ebb and flow of undesired weather patterns in so many areas.

I too am a bit skeptical of the development of the weather conspiracy theories, they would like to control the weather but the expense of doing it on such a massive scale might be impracticable. Long-term weather trends are changing all the time but at a rate we do not notice. Until a tipping point is reached. Like the Atlantic current or Persistent destabilization of the polar vortex. It would be nice to think it's man-made then we could do something about it. But humans have a problem with following dogma in light of contrary evidence, when the inertia of the dogma is strong everyone gets dragged along with it.I came across this little pearl on Rumble from the past, with regards to the Flouride issue you can see the same problems that permeate many of the things happening today. rumble.com...

Well if there is climate change going on the animals around here love it. When I first bought my house had to set up salt licks for dear. Haven't had to do anything the last 5 years they are just all over the place. Rhis also may be because i started patrolling the 10 acres making sure no illegal hunting occurs on my property. Came home last week 8 deer were just lying in my lawn. Same with birds lake full of ducks and geese. They just recently departed about 2 weeks ago.

The only problem I have is mice had to buy 2 more barn cats to fight the mice. And keep them away from the horses.

Ice caps have not melted fully. Until they do, we are in a Warming cycle.

A millennium from now when they have and we are mostly a water planet, the earth will start getting colder for a few thousand years until it ices over again.

The very long warming and cooling cycle of earth will out last the “science” of man.

I was searching something on the net and ran across this guy talking about the north and south poles and an anomaly that is present there. It sort of reminds me of what they show in the gasses of Jupiter swirling at the pole.

I think the guy is right, seems like the first time I actually heard of this phenomenon. I wonder why more about this is not being let out by science of the earth. I suppose it is just neglected in teachings, it supposedly is only observed by special monitoring techniques too.

It is an interesting video anyway, I think it is just a part of how the planet works.

Anyone know more about this subject?
