It won't just be Democrats using it - Republicans will find a way to use it too.

If SCOTUS doesn't stop this craziness soon we will have both sides trying to knock each other off the ballot and filing charges.

So in reality there will be no more true elections.

That was the point of essential immunity for former presidents and other top gov't people.


Once that box was opened, it can never be closed.


Essentially it constricts elected leaders from acting in their full capacity due to fear of being maliciously prosecuted. Which may be a good thing granted.

Yet we know there are zero altruistic merits involved in going after Trump as there is no equal application for anyone before or since Trump.

That it makes sense. Trump is obviously going to appeal to SCOTUS. So a stay would be issued no matter what.

The state of Colorado just disenfranchised every person who supports a 'former president'. He received 1,364,607 votes in 2020. That is more than Hillary who won it in 2016.

He got MORE votes in Colorado in 2020 than 2016 also.

There was no conviction. No crime. No precedent.

Exactly, the house under democrats could not get a vote of charge Trump with insurrection, they are the only ones that could have him out of the ballot.

Soo now they found a state court mostly democrats judges to try to push it, but this will not stick at all.

We do need the supreme court to make the law clear.

The supreme court will have to step in to restore voters rights and candidates' rights.

Our Supreme Court needs to adapt to how fast things move when Evil/Corrupted people are in charge of important government bodies, like legislatures, Governors offices, Supreme Courts, etc...

Right now, they say, "Take a number, have a seat and wait until we finish arguing over the gay cake baker in 3 weeks. Then, we will look at your case and determine if saving America is worth expediting your grievance. Have a nice day."

The wheels of justice turn slow for a very good reason.

The problem, IMO, is that there is not only zero culpability or accountability but there is also political incentive to make these crass, nonsensical and tragic rulings.

If Joe Biden hadn't graduated in the bottom 10% of his class, and led such a corruption-filled life, he would intercede and tell Colorado (and other states) not to ban Trump. That he'd like to win (or lose) on his own merit, without any help either way.

Colorado will not allow Trump to be a write-in on the ballot; they will automativ=cally be invalid.

By the time this comes before the SCOTUS we'll be long past 11/24.

When this next election is over, there will be four years to change the rules again-but our votes still won't count.

And yet, if CO's supreme court really believed in their authority and duty, they'd have zero issue applying their own ruling to their state.


Simply put, they see the hole in their very own ruling.

Interestingly you cannot rob a portion of the voters in a state from the rights to a fair and free election, voting is constitutional right.

This one is going to be in the Supreme court in not time.

If soros and democrats get away with this, America will never have a fair election again, we as well let democrats chose the next president again.

So, Vivek has stated that if Trump is not allowed on the ballot that he will remove himself as well and demanded that Haley, Desantis and Christie do the same.


Interesting twist.

The last time the Democrats removed someone's name from the presidential ballot, it didn't work out the way they planned.
