No doubt friend, we have been seeing more corruption in our own Whitehouse than all the Gambino mafioso Families.

That is why it will go to the supreme court, because lets face it, this is going to be big.

It's high octane fuel for firing up Republicans!

Nothing wrong with that as long as they put someone on the ballot who didn't commit insurrection against the US after taking an oath to support the Constitution. There must be ton of Republican candidates out there who meet that definition.

The case was brought by Republicans.

If they were "Republicans" like Mitch McConnell, Liz Cheney, Lindsey Graham, etc., they're not MAGA-AF, which means they are more corrupt than many Democrats.

"They are Republicans" or, "He is a Republican appointed by Trump", doesn't mean a damn thing any more, because their are 2 distinct factions.

Where is that insurrection conviction or indictment again?

And so it begins.

But it really doesn’t matter what scam Colorado runs, it’s a Liberal stronghold.
Trump wouldn’t win their measly 10 Electoral votes anyway.
But it might set precedent and other States might adopt this pinko crap.

I am sure they will try more Commie Pinko crap.
That’s what the con artists do.
Indubitably, That's why it's about time to take out the trash. I am just waiting for the gogo lights.

The only insurrection in this country is the one that the corrupted democrats are wagging against the voters in the nation.

Insurrection was a word that democrats use for a simple protest in the white house.

A protest that they fueled.

The supreme court will have the last world on this one.

You're referring to Joe Biden selling classified documents and favors to America's enemies?

The evil left is panicking.

Next thing, they'll make actually VOTING for Trump an illegal offense, punishable by jail time or watching Kamala Harris laugh.

He was acquited of inssurection charges,

Trump Acquitted of Inciting Insurrection, Even as Bipartisan Majority Votes ‘Guilty’

Trump guilty of the House’s single charge of “incitement of insurrection.” They included seven Republicans, more members of a president’s party than have ever returned an adverse verdict in an impeachment trial.

But with most of Mr. Trump’s party coalescing around him, the 57-to-43 tally fell 10 votes short of the two-thirds majority needed to convict, and allow the Senate to move to disqualify him from holding future office.

There up have it, congress is the only one that could disqualify him and did not happen

Some insurrections are good...if the results yield an improvement. But I think a person has to be found legally guilty of an insurrection before being labeled as an insurrectionist doesn't he/she?

That did not stop the Colorado supreme court from claiming it happened and that Trump is disqualified for it:

From the doc:

• The district court did not err in concluding that the events at the U.S.
Capitol on January 6, 2021, constituted an “insurrection.”

• The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump
“engaged in” that insurrection through his personal actions.

You still with the insurrection narrative? You do know there was no weapons and the original folks inside a place where which belongs to all of us where actually invited in as guests? I am not going to call you names or make snarky remarks and all of that.
But I will say this.

You are uninformed and or misinformed and or are deceptively disingenuous in most of your remarks on most discussions.
What's the deal?

It was the democrats the one that tagged the protest at the white house "insurrection" this shows how bitter and despiteful they are against former president Trump, from robbing them for 4 years of the destruction of America.

Democrats hate his guts, I am sure that they will want him committing suicide if they can get away with it.

The news media is now scraping the bottom of the barrel by bringing Liz Cheney on the air to brown-nose Democrats while bashing candidate Trump.

It used to be they had Jeff Flake, Adam Kinzinger, Mitt Romney as the Trump bashers.

Now, all they can find is an over-the-hill Republican who lost her last election by a staggering 38 percentage points!

LIZ CHENEY IS THE BEST THEY've got now.
