In what world do you live in that a range will rent you a gun that you take off the premises for X amount of days?
rgunsngear.com...
And they have a range to shoot at

One would think, as "qualified" as you try to say you are, you would know more about guns and ownership.

Or the simple fact that it is illegal for a range to do a background check on someone renting a firearm.

BTW, the argument of "I did this professionally for X amount of years" after losing an argument for 8 pages makes this look even worse for you
No gun range runs a federal background check on rentals. You simply run a State court check on renters name . Two different things

Background check for a membership is different than one to rent a gun

You are spinning in an endless circle of bullsnip and you can't get out, just give it up while you're behind. Continuously moving the goalposts does nothing for you either, aside from making yourself look as incompetent as you sound.
rgunsngear.com... there are other places as well . It is you spinning in circles trying to deflect from the fact that you know nothing about federal gun laws

I don’t belong to public indoor ranges or outdoor rifle ranges . 3-4 clubs I belong to require a criminal background check for membership.
I might not have every gun range rental rules & agreements exactly correct , but it is beyond safe to say that you know ZERO about the questions on the federal background check for gun ownership.

You really need to clean your act up.

You posted the same FAULTY link several times.

I asked for 2 seperate places. The names if them. There locations and a website. You gave me one website that does not work.

You keep moving the goalposts to say "range membership background check" when we are talking about renting guns.

If you belong to so many clubs, why can you not answer a simple question without deflection or moving goalposts to make you right?

Let's try this one more time.

Please name me 2 ranges that rent guns to an individual for "periods of time" Name of the establishment, a location, and a website please.

Range membership and range rentals are 2 different things.

You can assume things all you want. But so far, all ofyour "assumptions" have been incorrect and ignorant.

The ranges that rent out guns to it’s members are private clubs and require background checks for memberships & I would never divulge their info on a social forum. I provided an example of where you can rent guns for multiple days but you can’t open it & thats not my fault. rgunsngear.com . I can open every link posted to you , so thats on you .
Further more , you have taken this whole thing in a direction, because you don’t understand 4473 questions about drug use .
rgunsngear.com rents rifles to hunters .. go to there site or call them 855-355-3337
No public range rents guns off property. What exactly are you on about ? Oh yeah deflecting from your losing battle of this thread ! You know the one about Joe Rogan & Hunter Biden’s drug & gun use.

Oh you mean the one you still have provided ZERO proof for?

So you have been arguing with people who know more than you as if you are someone that knows anything.

Still waiting for your condemning proof that Rogan OWNS guns.

I'll be here when you get it

If I'm not mistaken by the wording of the question it saying or in-between unlawful means if your addicted to any substance legally or not and without specifically saying knowingly or not means that this would apply to a extremely large amount of people basically anyone who takes a drug and is in any way adjusted to its use would be in violation

If I'm correct on how I read that then both are and neither should be

This is a topic that should be out in the open and discussed so the laws can be changed to fit the times. But if it's just another political cudgel, it's largely pointless. In order for Kid Rock or Joe Rogan to be charged, there needs to be a prosecutor to take the case, and charge them. So far, that hasn't happened. And if and when it does, I suspect the laws will be looked at much deeper. But remember, Hunter's lawyers are already riding this train.

You should be a politician... full paragraph and you said nothing except talk in circles.

The question asks if you are a user or addicted to drugs .

So for example I take a blood pressure medication if I stop my body will have a reaction I am without a doubt medically addicted to this drug

That would meet the criteria presented as being addicted to a controlled substance correct ?

Hard to be a sore loser when you were never winning.

Not a single person in this forum can say without a doubt that Joe Rogan owns a firearm. So for now he doesn't and I'm sure he would appreciate you stop trying to smear his name.

And until that day you can, you will continue to move goalposts and deflect to other things just so you can be right.

Form 4473 asks the purchaser: “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?
Is your medication a controlled substance on a federal list ? The answer is no , blood pressure meds aren’t on the controlled substance list with the feds

Hunter lied on his application. Joe probably did not. That would be my assumption. Also, if he bought his guns in Texas, I am sure Texas is much like Missouri, where you do not HAVE to buy a gun from a registered dealer. You can buy a gun from anyone that is selling one in Missouri.

Hunter should have bought his gun in Missouri. But I am sure coming to Missouri would make him ill what with all the cretinous hillbilly bible thumpers everywhere.

lol, he is literally smoking a federal Schedule I drug on his show.

If he owns any gun, he lied on the application. You don't need to prove addiction, he just needs to be a user. Which he is.

Joe has talked about owning guns on his podcasts. Now does Joe have photos of his background checks ?
There is however plenty of video showing Joe shooting guns & as a drug user he can’t be doing that legally on a federal level. Ill bet you are going to say there is no proof of Joe using drugs .
You are a silly person & I grow tired of interacting with you . You are worse than Nancy Pelosi with your logic.
