How many times do we need togo over this people?
Having a CCP is like having a DL, just because you have one, does not mean you own a firearm/vehicle.
Get it?[/quot Joe Rogan talks about carrying guns , shooting guns & own guns . You are being a troll at this point. Disappear already , because no one believes Joe Rogan doesn’t own guns or conceal carry permit.
You have bashed me up & down about idiotic things yet you seem to not understand that a ccw permit application asks about unlawful drug use .
You are correct about the permit not being attached to a gun specifically as it also pertains to other concealment weapons allowed.
Here is the final & last on this , I Joe Rogan has a conceal carry permit for any weapon.. he lied on his application, because it asks about weed & unlawful drug use . Medical cannabis cards trump your 2A rights as of now , but are changing lately but no federal move on it yet outside of two cases recently. Magogani told you & so have I .
You argue like a child who demands reality be bent for you & you alone .
You are entitled to opinions , but not really.
Reality is Joe Rogan openly uses drugs on video , podcasts , public & private. Joe also owns guns & admitted to having a concealed carry license for a gun or weapons.
Now straighten up and get back on the subject at hand while leaving the cold reality of being wrong on this matter behind you . Good day to you chopped pork
Texas is specific in you select gun only & there must be other paperwork for other weapons?. No one applies for a ccw to carry a pocket knife & Joe Rogan has described his process to acquire a ccw permit for a gun.

There is no questions about drugs on a Texas conceal carry application.
Want to try that rant again?
The unlawful part is the pre cursor to the addiction. There are millions of people addicted to pain meds with doctor prescriptions that legally own guns . Unlawful is the linch pin term in the whole question.

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to"
The use of the word or means even legal use if you are addicted it counts the same
If it was worded "Are you an unlawful user of, or misusing" it would allow room for legal use
They could of stoped at unlawful and let that be the addicted part was not needed unless they intentionally wanted to include legal use
www.usconcealedcarry.com... I don’t care how you get a gun in your hands , if you use it , possess it , carry it or have it in your vehicle as well been a user of cannabis , you are in Federal violation.

The 4473 form pertains to unlawful use of drugs & use of marijuana. Call the BTF & ask them yourself. If it pertained to lawful prescription drugs , hardly anyone would qualify for a gun purchase legally.

No it's separate ... Your actually right but u don't know why ... Because I don't participate in these things in the name of winning arguments
It's the legal definition of addiction that makes it so if you essentially are a problem to society whall legally taking drugs the legal and medical definition of addiction is not the same also that comma isent for ease of use in legal terms it's a definitive separation
Meh learn something new every day I sopose still it is rather poorly written to not include the definition
The comma exist between marijuana and other drugs , but all in the question pertain to the whole . Now there are plenty of of people whacked out of their minds on doctor prescribed meds , but unless you self disclose your addiction /problem by answering yes to that question pertaining to drugs on the 4473 there is little that can stop you with a lawful prescription.

Ok , but if you are using doctor prescribed drugs that are causing issues for you , it’s all up to self disclosure . Thus being a reason of why even try to get a gun if you plan on self disclosing ?

I'm not a lawyer but I asked someone who is there the one who informed me that comma is a separation between the two making it so if you are problematic on prescribed drugs even tho legal would be a violation
This all rest of the definition of addiction according to federal law in court that's what they would be debating if you where legally prescribed the drugs in question and that definition alone is well complex but a example I was given of such a violation is a DUI shortly before would be a good example of the federal legal definition of addiction
Rumours have it Rogan ,Post Malone & Kid Rock all own advanced weapons. I doubt they have a class 3 destructive licence . All three of those guys are on video’s consuming drugs as well they have other videos of using full auto stuff & advanced devices.
