As to what your law has to say on the matter, im not quite sure, but what do you imagine the gag order was issued for if not for the reasons I've specified aka the personal attack and sharing of details pertaining to the member of court staff?

End of the day it's not about what you or I think anyhoo, but about what the judge will have to say.

"Personal attacks on members of my court staff are unacceptable and inappropriate. Consider this statement a gag order forbidding all parties from posting, emailing or speaking publicly about any of my staff," the judge said in his admonishment.

Again through pissing off judges and making silly derogatory comments about court clerks and their families is a bad idea by any sane person's guess.

Name a few people his words have gotten people hurt with. A couple. Show me this threat from a man who talks 24/7 365. He never shuts up...but I do not see where he is calling for harm for anyone but telling them he thinks they are lying.
