Trump judge issues limited gag order after disparaging post about court clerk

Here in the UK Trump would have been arrested for his antics.

Most likely charged with contempt of court and with the verbally abusing/doxing court staff.

The judge might even tag the likes of perverting the course of justice on for good measure if they wanted to run wild.

Considering anytime Trump posts something like this it leads to harassment and death threats directed at the target of Trump's ire, and he knows this, I'd say it deserves a gag order.

Trump appears to think it's a good idea to piss off judges and disrespect the court.

And as most sane people know that's simply a bad idea.

The only person who appears to be "triggered" by my guess is Donald Trump and his supporters.

It won't work. But right now the enirety of Trump's strategy seems to be agitating the judge to the point that he makes a mistake.

I mean, we don't know, the judge could make a mistake, and Trump could use it to his favor.

What's more important for me is that that is his only strategy, hoping someone makes a mistake. He has no other defense, the evidence against him is overwhelming.

I suppose now that the entire commercial mortgage industry has done a 180 on it's principal past of using appraisers. Do you happen to know the date the rules changed and the industry stopped using appraisers for LTV information?

I had a case where the Defendant in a civil claim who lost shouted "If this is justice, I'm a banana!"

Then went to leave. The District Judge looked at me, said "Did he just say what I thought he said"?

"Yes, Sir"

"Usher, detain that man!'".

Spent night in the cell untill brought back to "purge his contempt".

Ie, apologize.

I think when you know that your comments will lead to intimidation of the court you should be held accountable for it.

Even if he didn't have a bunch of psychos following him, the fact that he doxxed a court clerk could still be taken as a form of intimidation.
