These are Inalienable Rights delivered by God and Protected by Law in the US Constitution . You took an Oath to Uphold the US Constitution in the face of God (…so help me God )

Congress Shall Make No Law respecting an establishment of Religion, or Prohibiting the Free Exercise thereof; or abridging the Freedom of Speech , or of the Press ; or the Right of the People to Peaceably Assemble , and to Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances .

Judges are not the Law.

The US Constitution is the Law .

Nothing in the Constitution about Restriction of Freedom of Speech Exception because someone is in a Lawsuit.

It's true no one is above the Law ; however , no one is above the US Constitution Including Judges .

“(a) the nature and extent of pretrial news coverage;

(b) whether other measures would be likely to mitigate the effects of unrestrained pretrial publicity; and

(c) how effectively a restraining order would operate to prevent the threatened danger [of an unfair trial for defendant].”

So Trump doxxed the clerk, but the article states the name , “Trump had posted a photo of Engoron’s principal law clerk, Allison Greenfield, posing with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., at a public event. “ Whom doxxed whom?

And the article goes on to say, “Trump, the Republican front-runner for president in 2024” …surely doesn’t jive with how unelectable and miserable his numbers are. In my best Vinnie Barbarino voice, “I’m sooooo confuuuuused”
