Cool, let's go with Michigan.

Here you go: Link

This is your local law, and I assure you the New York law, and federal law also prohibit this. I'm certain you'll have no problems understanding this.

So what did Trump say that has everyone in a gag-order?

Maybe, but none of that has been invoked here.

Just harassment of Court staff in its plain and ordinary meaning.

Quick question:

Did Trump post anything that was untrue?

As usual, I'm having a hard time finding what it was he actually said.

Only thing I found was a picture of the clerk with Schumer.

He retweeted the picture I believe.

So the trial of Donald Trump in New York broke down today after lunch, and the lawyers for both sides have been in and out of private meetings with the judge. This all happened after Donald Trump doxxed the court clerk, attacked her on social media, called her out by name and posted a link to her social media.

Ever since that happened, it seems Trump has been forced to take the post down, and a limited gag order has been placed on him.

Judge Arthur Engoron issued the order, which applies to all parties in the case and pertains only to verbal attacks on court staff. It came after Trump recirculated a disparaging social media post about Engoron’s principal law clerk, Allison Greenfield.

“Personal attacks on members of my court staff are unacceptable, not appropriate” and not tolerated, Engonon said.

A very limited gag order, basically says you can't attack people verbally. Just don't do it.

Why this is significant is that this is a first gag order placed on Trump so far, and definitely the first time a former president has been told not to attack people, under the penalty of the law.

All of you will be on the wrong side of history for all of this!!

Enjoy it comrade!

"Schumer's girlfriend, Alison R. Greenfield, is running this case against me. How disgraceful! This case should be dismissed immediately!!" he wrote. Despite his claim, there is no evidence of a relationship between Schumer and Greenfield beyond taking a photo together at one point."

Digging into it now but it appears there’s a rumour about the clerk being Schumer’s girlfriend.

All Ive been able to find is something about the clerk being a Trump hater, and democrat operative. A picture with Schumer.

I guess we aren't supposed to know the teams people are on now?

and girlfriend isn't a legal term either

they can be acquaintances and still be called friends and she identifies as a girl.

This is cause for a gag-order?

That judge even LOOKS like a clown. : shudder:

Its your strawman lol.

You used harassment as your justification for censorship.

Then when pressed, you backed down to a more general definition all while under legal context.

So which is it Carp, censorship or harassment?

Democrats love to call Trump a liar, but how often has he been correct? They like to claim "lies" before they're proven to be lies.

I cant remember any that have proven untrue. Trump must be a prophet!

No, just more strawman stuff.

As I hoped to have made clear, I referred to no statute, I haven't "backed down", and simply referred to "harassment" in its plain and ordinary meaning.

Please stop misrepresenting what I said.
