hey hun, be a lamb and do a quick check of the thread OP.

You mean the OP poster?

The one who actually, consistently, posts factual info!

It's always amusing to see what you deem factual.

I deem Facts Factual.

Ironically... Thats factually false.

I don't know the veracity of your meme but I will say that last time I did the math, Trump's business failure rate was 10%.

For reference, the typical failure rate of businesses is around 85%......

Former/Next President, Donald J. Trump says...

A Rigged Trial going on against me by a corrupt N.Y. State Attorney General and an out of control Judge.

They brought Values down to a FRACTION of what they are really worth, like Mar-a-Lago, and then called me a Fraud.

They are the FRAUDSTERS, and the whole system is CORRUPT.

I didn’t even include one of my most valuable assets, BRAND VALUE, in my Financial Statements.

Also, this Psycho Judge refuses to acknowledge the fact that I have a 100% Disclaimer Clause on the First Page of my Statements - “DUE YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE.”

But it all doesn’t matter, because regardless of what we say to show our TOTAL INNOCENCE, and it has been proven in many ways, and many times over, this political, Trump Hating Judge, together with his horrendous, seething with ANGER Law Clerk, with her illegal campaign contributions, will find me guilty as hell.

NO JURY ALLOWED, A STATUTE NEVER USED FOR THIS BEFORE, A RIGGED TRIAL, A RACIST & CORRUPT ATTORNEY GENERAL, A TRUMP HATING JUDGE, ELECTION INTERFERENCE!

Judge Endrogroin and NY AG Latea are severely disconnected from reality, not realize that in 14 months (or so), their miserable lives, will take a severe turn for the worse.

Your post history would like a word....

..no, a very long and very expensive sit down talk about hypocrisy, double standards, lies and doublespeak.

Also, that small matter of that time when you said it's all ok to do because it's in pursuit of a globalist agenda.....

I actually think it’s pathetically funny “watching you all” — try to argue with factual information.

Facts are facts.

They don’t twist like a pretzel.

But he is. He is no arbiter. He is a fraud and a puppet. A weak man who posts semi nudes. He is hoping Larry David plays him in a biopic on Netflix.

Judge Arthur Engoron, ruling in a civil lawsuit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, found that Trump and his company deceived banks, insurers and others by massively overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing loans.

He found. Not a review of evidence. He found, without basis since you say he does not do valuations.

If his accountants followed GAAP they would not be in this position....thanks for bringing that up. There is a reason the rich pay for people to handle their money. Oversight and Responsibility.

Donald Trump has been in NY Real Estate for over 50 years. You are trying to tell me that NOW he is fraudulent after ALL he has been through.

This is nothing more than trying to keep a candidate, the leading candidate, off the trail.

James and Fanni both know what they did would never hold up in a real court of law and we are seeing through appeals how this is collapsing.

And that is exactly why the judge is in the wrong here.

All those pertinent facts that would come out at trial were denied to Trump and are lingering questions in determining damages.

If they are lingering questions, then the summary judgement is incorrect by definition.

Well done.

The judge was provided the financial analyses performed by the prosecution's experts. That's what he based his decision on. He performed no valuations.

And let's not act like this is the first time Trump Org has been in trouble for their business practices.

So the prosecutions experts know more about the Trump organizations financials than there own accountants? Do you realize, sorry to say this, how dumb that sounds? Yet that is what is happening.

Someone performed valuations. They had to. It comes down to who did the work and in the end, it was not the Trump Organization. They were looking for money. A loan.

So, according to you, I could go to Deutsche Bank and tell them I am worth 5 million dollars and they should give me a loan. THAT is what the state of NY is pushing.

This all stems from when the Trump Organization went from Commercial to Personal wealth for loans in 2011. Please read.

The Trump Organization sought a loan for its golf course in Doral, Florida. The commercial real estate division called it “a tough asset and our initial reaction was not enthusiastic,” the complaint says. But after shopping the loan around to other banks, Vrablic offered the best loan: her division’s deal came with a 2% interest rate vs. the commercial real estate division’s offer of 8%. “It doesn’t get better than this,” Ivanka Trump said. The tradeoff was that Trump would personally have to guarantee the full amount of the loan—$125 million—and maintain a net worth of $2.5 billion and $50 million in unencumbered liquidity.

Two different divisions of one bank. As anyone would do, they used someone who could get a better term. Trump also had to keep net worth up.

Where is there anything illegal? There is not.

So he ruled based on the what the prosecution said? I thought both sides in a trial get to submit evidence and argue their case?

Both sides filed for summary judgment. The judge found Trump's argument lacking. He also found the data presented by the prosecution to be insurmountable and ruled in their favor. That's how summary judgement's work.

James is seeking equitable relief and there is no such thing as a jury trial for these cases. That is why they charged him like this. I have read several times people blaming Trump for choosing the trial like this. Not the case.

This is the ONLY way that this could be discussed and brought for review. These are claims not charges being brought against Trump.

Ergoron has had two other Real Estate cases he ruled on and both were overturned.

I am thinking after this it will be 3. They already ruled they would not take the business license.

The suit doesn’t allege that the banks lost money by working with Trump, but the state does argue the institutions were put at risk because they made lending decisions based on falsified information.

Bottom line. Ask any CPA. You brought up GAP. Any Financial Statement or call it a Forward Looking Statement, has a disclaimer. This is what Trump keeps bringing up but it is ignored.

It is standard.

James also sued the NRA and it was overturned to remove the license just like Trump. I think it is at SCOTUS level now.

Manhattan Judge Joel M. Cohen said allegations of NRA officials misspending on personal trips, no-show contracts and other questionable expenditures can be addressed by other remedies, such as fines and remuneration, and do not warrant the “corporate death penalty” that Attorney General Letitia James had sought. James’ lawsuit, filed in August 2020, tells “a grim story of greed, self-dealing, and lax financial oversight” at the NRA’s highest levels, but it does not allege any financial misconduct benefited the organization or harmed the public, or that the NRA is incapable of “continuing its legitimate activities on behalf of its millions of members,” Cohen wrote in a 42-page decision.

Link

In a court filing last year, lawyers for the organization called the lawsuit brought by James, a Democrat, “a blatant and malicious retaliation campaign against the NRA and its constituents based on her disagreement with the content of their speech.”

You want to still say this is not political? She is originally a member and the first elected person from the Working Families Party. Any idea who they are? Ayanna Pressley, Tlaib, Jamaal Bowman...all radicals tied to WFP.

Regardless of the Mans Ability to Rub some Liberal People the wrong Way , Mr. Trump as a Experienced Business Man who knows how to Generate Wealth is the Obvious Choice to Bring this Country out of the Present Financial Crisis it is facing Today . The Middle Class in America is DYING due to Present Deliberate Government Intervention in Areas of our Economy that it has No Business Meddling in . This Interference will eventually Destroy our Democratic Republic in ways it might Never Recover . That Alone should Open some Peoples Eyes to the Cold Hard Reality that America must Act Now in ways that Strengthen it's Economic Power or Suffer Greatly in the Near Future because of Ignorant Political Ideologies that hurt the Prosperity of Every American .
