Will they have to tell parents what the kids eat or not at school lunch, or who they hang hout with? How they are dressed. Who they kiss, and if they put on makeup before school and wash it off before going home?

teacher are not your personal snitches, they are trained pédagogues, that notice emotional distress better than most parents.

School choice means a few different things. In CA, it means you can choose the school in the district that fits your child best. Some schools focus on the arts and social sciences, others on math and engineering. That's one flavor. Some states have school choice that will pay an accredited private school what would be allotted to the public school for your childs warm body. That to me is REAL school choice. Why should only the wealthy afford more choice in education?

Charter schools are specialised schools that are semi-supported by the school district.

There are various flavors.

And some states have more choice than others.

I am glad that I have the opportunity so my child goes to a privatized school from the very beginning. Public schools are not that bad but then I also know about the current indoctrination.

Yes that would amount to the same of what you save on tax money the rest is still on your pocket, what if the state only allows some school to participate in that program?

Why not give a tax reduction and leave it up to parents?
