A country that has free and secure and trustworthy elections. A county who's govt has the peoples interests not the parties in mind.

BS. Trump has publicly claimed he has the right to pardon himself. The only assumption is that he will do what he says he will. But, that's why we vote for people, right, to do what they tell us they're going to do.

Trump is on record subverting the DOJ and calling for the suspension of the Constitution. Elect him and you can assume he'll continue to commit crimes against the People of the United States.

If Trump wins, it won't. If Trump loses, they will drop it in the sake of 'healing the nation' if he promises to leave the country and stay out of politics. Watch.

They obtained not only testimony,but photos, text messages, audio recordings and surveillance video. Vague, your honor

The items besides testimony cannot be claimed or as your arguing be "cooerced" in any way. Those were obtained through warrants. Unfair/prejudicial, your honor

If you want an idea of what types of documents he kept from the rightful ownership of the government, you just have to read the court filings. They list what types, security level etc. If you're confused on the acronyms used, you can just search it.

I have held different TSes for 40 years, so I kind of know what it is about. I also many years ago was a safe custodian for classified and held a Yankee White clearance for about 10 years along with clearances to be around nukes.

Let me ask you a sincere question, Sookie. Lets say that none of these cases comes to trial before the election, which I believe is highly likely. The more cases there are, the more delays there will be. Trump cant be everywhere at once!

If Biden or another Democrat wins, what would you prefer come of Trump:

a) in the sake of healing the country, drop the charges if he agrees to expatriate and stay out of American politics

or

b) continue to be prosecuted on all 99+ charges and imprisoned, even if many Americans believe that shouldn't be done?

What was provided in law is the the Vice President does not have the ability to NOT listen to the states if there is an objection. He cannot say who won, and he cannot overturn an election, but the states themselves have the right for the electoral count to be reviewed if deemed necessary. That is what did not happen and could have happened. Should have happened in many states that changed their laws to collect and count votes.

The left decided to assume he was waving classified documents in front of the reporter and others without looking at the context of the recorded discussion that was about a book.

Bull, my ex got a top clearance and they never once interviewed me. He spent 15 years in Ukraine and Germany, both in the military and after.

Allowing jared to be in charge of middle east relations, though not qualified and unable to secure a top clearance without daddy’s help, only proves trump’s incompetence. And, the two billion deal - no words. I hope like hell the DOJ is investigating that.

I know you mean well and want to educate these guys on the truth but you are pissing in the wind here.

It's my understanding it has now been referred to the DOJ. Congress did start investigating it at the end of last summer. In January it was noted that Jared had not provided any of the documents/ info requested by the committee. Then Comer took over, and squashed it to start the Hunter investigation.

I never claimed otherwise. What I said was that Pence didn't have the ability to refuse to count any states' electoral votes.

Thanks for the article, it was very interesting. JinMI should read it, as he is still of the belief that Pence could have refused to count some of the states' electoral votes and send the issue back to either the states or The House.

I was being sarcastic in my reply to a whole lot of assumptions. The Fact they had to dust off the Esponoge Act pretty much explains much to me as to the credibility of their case. He will be found guilty of a few things and then fines will be issued as is typically the case. Then the liberals can have their win and scream over and over Trump was GUILTY!!!

Now when we compare all this to Hilary who destroyed classified and the FBI said it wasn't a big deal will come back and haunt the prosecutors with Trump's case. What Obama put into action as far as the extra authority of a President and the FBI precedence set with Hilary I think Trump could have wiped his ass with the documents and mailed them in a clear envelope to Xi Jinping and still not be held accountable.

When did he get the clearance? They streamlined it some in the recent past with all the capabilities we have today.

30 plus years ago. He was colonel (marines) when he retired 10 years ago.

i think it’s odd I was never interviewed, but maybe that’s normal.
