What Powell did was have a personal computer (not sever)

Powell told her he used a system that avoided government servers

“What I did do was have a personal computer that was hooked up to a private phone line (sounds ancient.) So I could communicate with a wide range of friends directly without it going through the State Department servers,” Powell wrote.

That's even worse! LOL And the "friends and family" is nice touch.

that he used for friends and family.

That's his story, and Hillary says her deleted emails were personal.
Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice used private accounts for classified emails

Powell sought to distance himself from the controversy last month, telling People magazine, “Her people have been trying to pin it on me” and insisting Clinton was using her private server “for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did.”

But the newly released email was sent just days after Clinton started her new job.

In a statement, Maryland Democrat Elijah Cummings said, “If Republicans were truly concerned with transparency… they would be attempting to recover Secretary Powell’s emails from AOL.”

AOL! LOL

As to Ivanka and Jared, this has been explained to you many times. They are not under the same official restrictions as the Sec of State is, so don't count for anything.

More BS from you!
Ivanka and Jared were closer to the president and national security secrets than Trump's own Secretary of State. And they were stupid vulnerable to blackmail, which is why they couldn't get clearance, until Trump overrode the system.

Where does it say anything about subpoenaed phones being destroyed? The aide that testified could only recall twice destroying malfunctioning phones over the eight or so year period he worked for Hillary.

The communications between Hillary's team and the IT company were subpoenaed by the FBI and were included in their report.

No. An employee at an IT company destroyed the emails. The FBI, thinking he might be able to provide evidence against a bigger fish, offered him immunity for his testimony. In the end, the only one implicated by his testimony was him.

Yet, this doesn't happen on the Trump side.......

Nor would you give Trump even a fraction of this incredible benefit of the doubt.

To your point however, we are to believe that the guy who did and didnt say that Mills may have or may not have directed him to destroy subpoenaed evidence gets all the blame, and is also covered by the same immunity deal.

Sounds strangely similar to a certain Hunter deal that was supposed to be rubberstamped.

When you spread that hypocrisy, you sure lay it on thick eh?

This fake elector thing is going to bite you guys.

So, in attempt to sink the orange man, they try to leverage an invented crime.

And you want people to believe this is analagous with destroying evidence?

Am I understanding you?

Wait, being a hypocrite is bad now?

Or only when you decide?

Regardless, how is it hypocritical to ask a question?

Perhaps its the answers that trouble you so?
