You argue, and use baseless statements and Twitter proof, lol. Others are spitting facts.

I wish I had a dollar for every time this has to be explained AGAIN to some clueless parrot with fingers in their ears.

I have found it to be a faith thing. Like religion. Logic has little to do with it. They take it on faith that Biden is innocent and Trump is guilty of 99+ crimes.

It's useless to try to reason with any of them.

It's all a clerical matter until he asked his attorney to destroy documents and "pluck out" the bad ones instead of returning them. There's also that pesky matter of moving them out of state from the time they accepted the subpoena for all documents with classified markings and turning over a mere handful while the rest were hidden and moved.

That could be a situation if and when the documents were classified. Wouldn't you like to be on the wall to actually see what the documents were about? If I was a guessing man I would say they showed corruption at many levels starting with the whole faked Russian collusion.

How do we know what Trump said or didn't say? Did they record his voice? Are they doing what they did during the faked Russian collusion rounding up people around him telling them that they better talk dirt on Trump or we will lock you up and throw away the key? How the FBI and DOJ have been operating over the last 12+ years is very brown-shirt no matter how any of this turns out. Look what they did to Roger Stone in a SWAT team raid with dogs and helos..lol His wife is wheelchair-bound, How about Michael Flynn, or a bunch of others that were pulled in under false claims and then threatened they will never see the light of day if they didn't give something up about Trump? They doing the same thing here in pulling in a couple of dozen of people and each one will be threatened with their life in prison or give dirt no matter true or not. You going away for 100 years as we hit you with the Logan Act that hasn't seen the light of day for 200 years... Lol, you can't make this crap up if you tried.

If one wanted to really investigate something there are about 35 key people in the faked Russian collusion prob that was all about removing a front-runner candidate and then after the election removing a sitting President with made-up charges that the front-runner candidate against him had created and the prior sitting President Obama supported and pushed to the FISA courts under false pretense, and then use all the powers of the FBI for years to find anything at all to support the faked claims using bureaucrats that think they are above the Constitution and the people's vote.

That there is how you try and overthrow an election But hey, nothing to see there...lol

Here's the thing Baby, there are a few more people here, like me, that have held clearances, have had the annual training and we keep telling you how it is.

You prefer to believe the talking heads on the emotimedia that don't know anything more it about than you. And DNC politicians that are baldfaced liars.

So, you think Trump is above the law, and if elected, it's a-okay with you if he pardons himself.

I didn't say that... I said your examples were pitiful. Even if I said he should go to jail it does not take away the fact that your examples are pitiful.

Why did he lie? Why did he try to erase tapes? Why not give them back when asked?

Not actions of a man who believes everything is above board. Come on!

Then there’s the audio recording of him saying they are classified, and that he could’ve declassified them when he was president, but he didn’t. He knew what he was doing was criminal.

He had documents for over a year hidden in unsecured areas of a club - a club!

Again, if he’s innocent then he can prove that in a court of law to a jury of his peers.

Are you talking about the one where he is talking to a reporter? He was holding an NYT article that was false and he said he has seen classified that proves it false and he could declassify it all to prove it to her, but he wouldn't.

It was a conversation about an article with no classification there and nothing but assumptions as to whatever the classification was that he was talking about. It was most likely grandstanding as he typically does in his anger about the fake article.

And Biden, who had no authority at all over classified docs as a Senator, had classified docs in his unsecured garage used by a cokefiend sex addict that is highly highly blackmailable. WTF is your point about law and order again?

To say nothing about National Security.

MAL was a SCIF, Bidens garage never was. Maybe the classified # was left behind in a prior SCIF. Can Biden say that?

Here is a nickle. Buy a #ing clue.

I didn't say that...

Yeah, that's what you're saying when you say that examples of a president self-pardoning, calling for the suspension of the constitution and subverting the DOJ are pitiful, that it's not worth the trouble of defending the Constitution. You don't care, and that's pretty much the same as saying that its a-okay with you if these pitiful actions of Trump's pose a constitutional crisis.

This is why it's important to voters that presidential candidates debate each other's proposed policies, even if you don't care.

He probably figured that if he could destroy enough subpoenaed evidence, "no reasonable prosecutor would try the case".

There is precedent.

You had a clearance - big whoop. My x had a top clearance ,too. It certainly doesn’t mean you’re an expert and everyone else’s opinions don’t matter. 😂😂😂

You must have been peeved when jared, who was in charge of Middle East relations, didn’t qualify for a top clearance but was given one anyway, considering the 2 billion dealio and all…

You know, we are smack dab in the middle of a Constitutional Crises, right?

Nothing in history has ever happened like this before. We are flying blind in brand new toxic clouds.

This isn't going to end well.

Something has to give, or America as we know it, is over.

Its that serious.

If, when, what. The government sent a subpoena, Trump accepted the subpoena. Trump then requested his lawyer destroy the government property. A crime. He also hid and moved government property from the government. A crime. They obtained not only testimony, but photos, text messages, audio recordings and surveillance video. The items besides testimony cannot be claimed or as your arguing be "cooerced" in any way. Those were obtained through warrants.

If you want an idea of what types of documents he kept from the rightful ownership of the government, you just have to read the court filings. They list what types, security level etc. If you're confused on the acronyms used, you can just search it.

They were not examples of anything, just assumptions

1. NYT saying he is thinking about it
2. Someone else saying he could
3. Trump said he could, but would not..

Those are what? Examples of what? lol give me a break.

1. Someone said Sookie is thinking about robbing a bank
2. Someone said she could
3. Sookie said she would not do it

My last security training before I retired, we were told that it was going to be required for us to divulge any and all foreign contacts, not in our line of employment.

No worries, I don't have any. Then they said: EVEN THOSE ON THE INTERNET YOU"VE NEVER MET. So, were I still employed, I might have to turn over the names of some of our friends here!

For a person accustomed to doing foreign business in the private sector for many years, it IS very difficult to get a top clearance. For one, it takes FOREVER to investigate, and may be difficult if it has been in the Middle East , China or Russia.

So Trump waived all that, as the POTUS is entitled to do. If the POTUS wants to, they can clear someone on the spot, and then show them all the classified docs they want. Bet you didn't know that did you? Well, think about it, we would not want to tie the hands of the POTUS in an emergency and the expert they need to consult with doesn't have clearance.

So, going back to Jared, you've been spun by the DNC AGAIN.

A bunch of bullcrap. And yeah, those of us with clearance now or prior have a more informed opinion than yours, and if you insist on being a petulant child about that, just take a look at that, 'k?

It's funny you say this when about 90% of Clinton's staff picks could not qualify for clearance and would never get one, but it's automatic with the President since he is the top Dog in the classification process.

You and others keep acting like all this with Trump is new, never done before, OMG! event, and it is repeatable with every president, but all of a sudden it is bad with only Trump.

I'm assuming you are not very old to know...

Nothing in history has ever happened like this before.

Nonsense. There's nothing new about elite robber barons like Trump in high offices. We've been though civil war, the assassination of presidents, politicians and civil rights leaders, impeachments, the deliberate infliction of disease and drug abuse on unwitting populations, desegregation and a cross-dressing corrupt CIA head.

Something has to give, or America as we know it, is over.

What does the "America as we know it" look like?

Every single highly visible criminal trial has revealed the total FICTION being passed around as undeniable truth before the trial.

Keep that in mind, or you may end up embarrassed about all your effort spent arguing fiction as invented by the story tellers in the emotimedia.
