Now when we compare all this to Hilary who destroyed classified
The Fact they had to dust off the Esponoge Act pretty much explains much to me as to the credibility of their case.
Now when we compare all this to Hilary who destroyed classified and the FBI said it wasn't a big deal will come back and haunt the prosecutors with Trump's case.
In a 2019 report, the State Department said none of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails were marked as classified.
The report said 38 people were responsible for 91 violations of including details that could be considered classified in their email exchanges with Clinton.
No documents included in the emails carried classified markings.

Apparently, Jared hasn't made a single investment since taking the Saudi's $2 billion. But that hasn't stopped him from pocketing 10s of millions of dollars a year in "management fees."

No she didn't. The emails that were deleted were personal emails. And those weren't deleted by her or on her orders.
First, we do not know what was BleachBit, I'm assuming you at least agree they used it right?
Even though they FOUND classified information in her emails none were actually marked classified.
How about having a private open server as Sec of State? Does that even bother you a little?

She had archived her work emails and turned them over to the government when she left office. The 30,000 emails that were deleted were her personal emails.

So did Collin Powell. Ivanka and Jared both used their private email accounts for government communications.
Clinton said she asked Powell in early 2009 for advice about her emails – before she used private servers for State Department business -- Powell told her he used a system that avoided government servers and warned: “…There is real danger, be very careful. I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data.”
“Her people have been trying to pin it on me” and insisting Clinton was using her private server “for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did.”

No phones were destroyed.
The FBI’s report from September 2016 mentioned that a Clinton aide used a hammer to destroy some of Clinton’s old mobile devices.
“(Clinton aide Justin) Cooper did recall two instances where he destroyed Clinton’s old mobile devices by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer,” the document said.
In the course of its investigation, the FBI determined that 13 devices were associated with Clinton’s phone numbers and personal email, eight of which were used when she was secretary of state. When the Justice Department requested that all devices be handed over, Clinton’s attorneys said they were “unable to locate any of these devices.” One Clinton aide told agents that the locations of Clinton’s unwanted devices would “frequently become unknown.”

They were. And Hillary's team specifically told her IT company not to delete them.
