What do you mean dust it off? Trump's case isn't even the first major Espionage Act case this year.

Now when we compare all this to Hilary who destroyed classified

No she didn't. The emails that were deleted were personal emails. And those weren't deleted by her or on her orders.

The Fact they had to dust off the Esponoge Act pretty much explains much to me as to the credibility of their case.

Couldn't have been too dusty, Trump tried to throw it at Hillary and media outlets. But he couldn't so he fortified it, made it easier to prosecute. Now he's the one being prosecuted under the law he signed.

Now when we compare all this to Hilary who destroyed classified and the FBI said it wasn't a big deal will come back and haunt the prosecutors with Trump's case.

Never happened.

In a 2019 report, the State Department said none of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails were marked as classified.

The report said 38 people were responsible for 91 violations of including details that could be considered classified in their email exchanges with Clinton.

No documents included in the emails carried classified markings.

Apparently, Jared hasn't made a single investment since taking the Saudi's $2 billion. But that hasn't stopped him from pocketing 10s of millions of dollars a year in "management fees."

So Jared didn't get 2 billion anything. His company is managing a 2 billion dollar inventment fund where the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman leads the fund’s board. Jared's company can earn up to 25 million per year based on the success of the investment fund.

He also did all this after his dad left office and was totally transparent, but you know... liberal oversite committee who say nothing about our ACTING President Biden and son go after Jared instead...lol

Why do you all make crap up and just keep repeating each other over and over?

were marked as classified.

That is where the fun lies... First, we do not know what was BleachBit, I'm assuming you at least agree they used it right? We do not know what was on the phones they destroyed too, I'm also assuming you agree they destroyed phones.

Then we have this little gem above in how it was worded. Even though they FOUND classified information in her emails none were actually marked classified. See how that works? Cut and paste the crap out of classified documents so now I guess they are no longer classified since the header wasn't also used. I guess Trump could have just cut out the headers in the documents and said see no classification!

How about having a private open server as Sec of State? Does that even bother you a little?

Spouses aren't always interviewed, as they are considered biased. If a spouse is a foreign national, another whole matter.

Neighbors tho'. Almost always.

Many clearances are harder to get than TS. Q for example is investigated by the FBI and it's normal to take sometimes a year. Also, psychological interviews can be involved.

I knew someone who was turned down for a clearance because he and his wife attended a not-mainstream Christian religion more than once a week. He appealed at then it was granted.

I knew someone else who was having difficulting renewing their clearance because they lost their house in the 08 crash and credit now sucked.

It does not surprise me even a little bit that Jareds clearance was taking a loooong time. Im sure the anti-Trump rank and file weren't really trying to rush it either. His businesses required too many foreign contacts. Only govt employees are allowed to have foreign contacts and only doing govt business, or the clearance becomes an issue.

You really don't know much about it, regardless of who your exhusband is. Maybe he didn't share much with you. Not unusual.

i think it’s odd I was never interviewed, but maybe that’s normal.

Maybe, They went to the door of my ex in AK and even some old school friends and family friends...lol My ex asked them Oh God what did he do now... This was back in the 80s... Once after your initial, it is much easier, so maybe what you are thinking was not his initial but an update as a TS is only good for 5 years at a time.

What was BleachBit? Her emails had classified information in them, so not personal. Her FBI interview was done NOT under oath so they could not hold her accountable, seems kind of pre-planned doesn't it?

She had archived her work emails and turned them over to the government when she left office. The 30,000 emails that were deleted were her personal emails.

Wrong. There are no lost emails. The FBI recovered ALL of Hillary's emails, even the bleachBit ones.

Report: FBI pulls deleted emails from Hillary Clinton's server

Even though they FOUND classified information in her emails none were actually marked classified.

According to Hillary Clinton, those were personal emails that contained information about Chelsea's wedding guests, many of them dignitaries. Their special requests, dietary needs, where they were staying, itineraries, etc., that was later considered classified information. The information was classified after she received and/or forwarded it.

See how that works?

How about having a private open server as Sec of State? Does that even bother you a little?

So did Collin Powell. Ivanka and Jared both used their private email accounts for government communications. And, it wasn't an open server. It was only her and whoever she gave the email address to. It was tighter than the White House server, which has been hacked numerous times. Clinton's server was never successfully hacked.

Wikileaks published many of Hillary Clinton's emails. Their contents is One big reason why she lost.

Great story... She had classified information on a personal server she wasn't authorized to have. She BleachBit emails saying they were personal and destroyed like a dozen phones, so all good in your reality. OK got it...

So did Collin Powell. Ivanka and Jared both used their private email accounts for government communications.

So here is what Hilary said to push the blame to Powell

Clinton said she asked Powell in early 2009 for advice about her emails – before she used private servers for State Department business -- Powell told her he used a system that avoided government servers and warned: “…There is real danger, be very careful. I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data.”

Powell said...

“Her people have been trying to pin it on me” and insisting Clinton was using her private server “for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did.”

What Powell did was have a personal computer (not sever) that he used for friends and family. Requirements in 2001 were also less strict than 2009.

As to Ivanka and Jared, this has been explained to you many times. They are not under the same official restrictions as the Sec of State is, so don't count for anything.

Here is the official FBI report, so do you care to rephrase your statement?

The FBI’s report from September 2016 mentioned that a Clinton aide used a hammer to destroy some of Clinton’s old mobile devices.

“(Clinton aide Justin) Cooper did recall two instances where he destroyed Clinton’s old mobile devices by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer,” the document said.

In the course of its investigation, the FBI determined that 13 devices were associated with Clinton’s phone numbers and personal email, eight of which were used when she was secretary of state. When the Justice Department requested that all devices be handed over, Clinton’s attorneys said they were “unable to locate any of these devices.” One Clinton aide told agents that the locations of Clinton’s unwanted devices would “frequently become unknown.”

It wasnt legal for her to be using a personal email server or account as her primary work address. Obama didn't care...so neither did anyone else. Obama was probably doing the same with multiple aliases or 'psuedonyms' as they are calling Joe Bidens aliases. Because it sounds so 'nom de plume' instead of CROOKED.

Don't act like there was anything proper about any of it. You know yourself what intermingling is about, in finance, RIGHT? Well, thats how it is for govt communication as well.

She did it 100% to hide from FOIA laws.
