Unless they assign the unborn a SSN# then this allows a person without a SSN# to be claimed as a dependent.
I think the republicans need to focus on reconciling some of their contradictory positions. Or maybe just focus on something, anything but this goddamn abortion issue. All these kids they save will grow up in dystopia USA because of their lack of focus.
Where do they stand on access to abortions for illegal aliens? Do these illegal aliens have access to abortion in their country of origin? If a pregnant illegal alien is arrested in a state where abortion is illegal, for the crime of attempted abortion, should she be deported to her country of origin where abortion happens to be legal?

You have to be born to qualify for 14th Amendment protections.

Please show me where SCOTUS ruled that a fetus has 14th Amendment rights. Please show me where and how the unborn are granted due process before an abortion.

That is so gross that you can butcher the 2nd Amendment and the 1st Amendment but hide behind the 14th Amendment so you'd still be allowed to deliberately end human life because you want to.
are you really this dumb

So, you agree, the 14th Amendment does not give equal protection to a fetus.

What I know is that there is no due process for the unborn before a woman undergoes an abortion on demand. I know that as of right now, one has to be born to qualify for 14th Amendment rights in the USA.
do you think you can freely kill a person in the u.s. who is here illegally? after all they arnt naturalized and therefore dont get the protection of the 14th.

You know that they do. You're the one that cited the clause that proves they do.
