If you can kill a person who isnt born then why cant you kill a perosn who isnt naturalized?

The operative word is "born" , not "person". It depends where a person is born to determine whether or not they are entitled to birth right citizenship, or if they have to apply for American citizenship, for example.

Again, the operative word is "born", not "person".
b3ecause all that matters is that you are a person.

Nope. You must born, somewhere, and be within the jurisdictions of the United States of America.
The 14th Amendment doesn't apply to all persons, just person born, naturalized and/or currently living within the jurisdiction of the United States.
unborn children and unnaturalized people...
but you are confused by a simple sentence, sooo no real surprise
According to the 14th Amendment, you must be born to quality for citizenship, after that, all your children are entitled to "birth-right citizenship".
"unborn children and unnaturalized people..." are not the same. An "unnaturalized person is merely a citizen of another country, not a US citizen.
If it was just me, you wouldn't have to lament how the 14th Amendment SHOULD protect the unborn, but it doesn't. But, it's not just me.
but before you are a citizen .. what are you?
then please explain how a person could be convicted of killing an unborn child.
A person cannot be prosecuted under this Act for:
engaging in conduct related to an abortion for which the pregnant woman's consent has been obtained or is implied by law;
engaging in conduct related to the pregnant woman's or her unborn child's medical treatment.[19]
Section 919a
The law is enforced for any individual who causes death or injury of an unborn child in the utero at the time the conduct takes place, is to be guilty of a separate offense.[19]
Bars prosecution: of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman (or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf) has been obtained or is implied by law or for conduct relating to any medical treatment of the pregnant woman or her unborn child.[20]

Stardust!
Look, this is a philosophical question, best left to another, different thread.

That law confirms and protects a woman's choice.

Which all end up with no access to the aid they need, so they say.
Which is the point of the barriers, hoops and red tape.
Which is why government provided assistance is the absolute worst way to provide anything to people who need it.

Actually, tax credits are pretty easy to take advantage of. You either qualify or you don't, so this would help pretty much any pregnant woman.

Nope, the proof is in the pudding that it is already not working, see my Georgia fetus credit tax fiasco source up on the thread somewhere.

It would help working women who pay more taxes than the deduction would be. It would also help a two-paycheck household that pays more taxes than the deduction would be.
It wouldn't help low-income households that are already cash strapped.

quite obviously, the only way any of this would work is if it was a mirror image of Georgia's law, and no changes could ever be made, as that would just be wrong, so again, I concur and offer you wire hangars. I don't know why you cannot deal with such a win. Your logic is impeccable and your knowledge of how laws are formed is totally superior to mine. My dumb ass thought they could discuss things and make changes as needed during the lawmaking process. What a dope I am. So yes, totally never work, just look at Georgia.

I wonder how a tax credit for a fetus would work. Can you just send in the pee stick with the blue line, or do you need a certificate of pregnancy from a doctor? Do you get an extras credit if you're carrying twins?
New Research Shows Most Human Pregnancies End in Miscarriage
What then? Do you still get the credit?
