You do realize this investigation has been ongoing before he announced his intention to run again?
How do you think this argument of election interference will jive with a judge?
My guess would be probably not good, yet he has every right to so as he is innocent ATM.
I will say his timing of rejection to the rule of law is not helping his case.

The J6 charges were filed to prevent him from running and were planned to be used if he did run or didnt run just in case. They are piling on charges to draw off voters. That is how they interfere. Most likely they will cut a deal if he just agrees to drop out. not just on the Fed charges but the state charges will be the way they get him to quit.

Personally I want blood in the streets,blue blood,and purple blood(Dem,rhinos, Liberals) and to see the tree of liberty growing taller from it.ALTHOUGH I would Prefeer a bloodless National divorce instead where we keep a mutual defense/trade pact,but go our seperate political ways.

In fact I created my list for you, but then realized it would be off-topic and likely removed, and didn't want to waste my time. Suffice it to say that I came up with a dozen for each category.

How come Trump defenders are always trying to derail threads about Trump's alleged crimes? Gee, wonder why that is.

But in any case, what does what I or anybody else have for or against Biden, and visa versa for Trump, have to do with whether or not Trump should be held accountable for crimes he appears to have committed? No, I am not saying he is guilty, but there is a whole lot of evidence against him, and let the courts and juries decide.

No, I didn't show any indication of favoring any particular political speech. I put the Madonna matter in context, and gave an example of how the GOP defended an indefensible statement by Trump. As far as violent rhetoric and violence inducing rhetoric goes, your guy Trump takes the cake. "Come to Washington DC on Jan. 6, it's going to be wild!" and at the rally he said :

States want to revote. The states got defrauded. They were given false information. They voted on it. Now they want to re-certify. They want it back. All Vice President Pence has to do is send it back to the states to recertify and we become president and you are the happiest people...We will stop the steal...We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore.

And then there's the fact that he told the SS to take down the magnetometers...

He keeps calling the special counsel a thug and various other choice names, and he doxed Obama's residence in DC.

Yet Madonna made one remark, in which she said she thought about blowing up the WH, but then decided not to, and your making a big deal out of it -- what -- six years later. Seems if it was such a big deal, Trump's DOJ and the SS would've investigated the matter. They had four years to do so, but chose not to. Guess it wasn't much of a thing after all.

But you want to portray me as somehow having defended Madonna's comment, which is not what I did. I put it in context, and then gave you multiple examples of things Trump has said that are more violence inducing. That's not defending what Madonna said.

At that point the FBI had NO CHOICE. The cat was out of the bag, and they COULDN"T sit on it.
