When others that have done the same or worse are given a pass, you cannot deny that it is political persecution of the opposition party. Third world thuggery and you defend this.

I saw this and went 'whut??'. I dont understand these people. Didn''t they learn anything at all from their hero worship of Mueller? Remember that old gunman was going to ride into town and Trump would be buried under the jail for treason! Walls are closing in.

It's disgusting what is going on.

I said the other day, watch, they are going to try to pin the coke on Trump. Well, here you go, they find the coke, which stirs up the newscylce, then they drop the investigation, which stirs up the newscycle, and quick, lets indict Trump to change the subject.

It's BLATANT abuse.

Facebook ads! They swiped the election with FACEBOOK ADS! We heard over and over.

So where is the outrage at FBI election manipulation antics? Oh, that's (D)-different.

Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that he received a target letter from Smith for the Jan 6th investigation. He received it Sunday night and has 4 days to report to the Grand Jury.

I'm guessing that there will be multiple people indicted in this case with the false elector scheme. So maybe indictments by the end of the week?

Truth Social- Donald J Trump

He is right
It is election interference

Those cheering this are disgusting

Trump's popularity and polling numbers led the Biden administration to weaponize the DOJ.

This again is election interference. 🔥

Rudy has not received a target letter and his lawyer says he doesn't expect to see one. Sounds like Rudy flipped during his voluntary proffer session.

I don't think he flipped. I do think that he might have proven to be a very unreliable source - and as a corollary, I think they have better sources that they'll be using.

As for your claim that there will be no election in 2024, I wouldn't bet the farm on that.

The Republican Party (now in control of elections in Dallas County) has reached out to me to be a judge. THEY expect an election.

Should be interesting.

Anyone ever charge Madonna for threatening to blow up the White House?

That was a thing, right?

It seems like they've found 1154 pages of classified material at MAL that Trump wasn't legally allowed to have in his possession based off today's hearing in Florida.

The president can declassify any document they want.

You know who can’t?

Senators and vice presidents.

HONK HONK

So much ignorance here.

The President can declassify any document that was classified solely under the authority of the President. That includes Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret documents. By law, the President can NOT unilaterally declassify documents that have additional classification caveats such as SCI, Five Eyes, ORCON, etc. There were many such documents at Mar-a-Lago. Declassifying those documents requires the concurrence of the agencies that added that caveat in order to avoid identifying agents and methods of intelligence collection. This is exactly why the the Mueller file that Trump ordered declassified during his last days in office has still not been publicly released--it is undergoing that exact declassification review process that then President Trump ordered. The fact that he ordered that declassification process during his last days in office is evidence that he knew what the proper declassification process is, even if you don't.

The President also has NO authority to declassify Restricted Data, which is classified under the authority of the Atomic Energy Act. There was at least one such document of that kind at Mar-a-Lago.

However, even though all this is true, it's irrelevant because: 1) Trump and his lawyers have never claimed that the documents at Mar-a-Lago were declassified, 2) Pence never claimed that the documents discovered on his property were declassified, and 3) Biden has never claimed that the documents under his control were declassified. That's because whether the documents were or were not classified at the times that the individuals possessed them after having left office does not enter in to any possible defense against criminal exposure.

Trump has been indicted under 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information. That act makes no mention of "classified information". That's exactly why that particular law was chosen by the prosecutors--it totally bypasses the question of whether the documents at Mar-a-Lago were classified or not.

They have been after Trump since he took office in 16 and anyone who doesn't see that isn't paying attention. The Russia collusion was just the beginning. Trump is not squeaky clean and if ANY politician was put under the microscope for this amount of time a crime would be found, probably much sooner than how long it has taken. They may have him this time, I honestly don't know. It really is inevitable, if not now then later because they won't stop, why would they? I mean it's been almost 8 years of constant allegation. Have you ever seen anything like it in the past? Trumps biggest mistake was not going after them with the same fervor as they pursued him when he was in power and beyond. I can only imagine the outrage if he had put Biden under constant investigation, his political opponent. But it's ok now because it's Trump. Biden actually knew what he was talking about when he promised Trump wouldn't win again, he knew something had to stick. Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime, or is it I'll find you the crime? either way it fits.

Name 5 things the Democrats have done to help American citizens since Biden took office.

Name 5 things Trump has done policy wise to make you hate him.

Anyone know why I cannot get any answers to these questions?
I have asked them a few times in the last 2 days and all I get is crickets.

If it turns out the system is too broken and corrupt for any Presidential Administration to fix, there are at least a few hundred thousand of us willing to "citizen arrest" top officials and replace them with honest men/women.

It depends on who is President when the threats are made.

If a comedian were to hold up a mock severed head of Biden, like Kathy (?) did of Donald Trump, he/she would be thrown in solitary confinement for years.

... Trump is not squeaky clean and if ANY politician was put under the microscope for this amount of time a crime would be found, probably much sooner than how long it has taken. ...

This is precisely why I keep saying Trump isn't really the issue here, and America needs to see this for what it is. Trump is just being made example of...the real issue. If Trump were to somehow manage to disappear, the vacuum left behind would turn the United States inside out; America would implode practically overnight! Then it would become crystal clear...This isn't about Trump. It was never about Trump. This is all about protecting the 'Swamp' at any and all cost.

There are two things going on here:

1.) There is a very concerted effort to make the office of president such an absolutely 'unsavory' (best word I could think of) position that no forthright person in their right mind would ever willingly / knowingly run for the position. As long as the "SWAMP" can make the office of president so unfathomably distasteful, then (regardless of right or left) 'they' can keep the kinds of people who might actually expose them and do something about it from ever being elected president.

2.) If this machine called the 'Swamp' could jail Trump in Super-Max tomorrow morning...they'd never do it. Why? Because then they couldn't talk about him every day, on every MSM outlet, in every social media circle. Trump is like the ultimate "shiny object". Sadly though, his ego won't let him shut up long enough to illustrate this to the lesser informed Americans.

Trump got close, real close. He got too close. But sadly, somewhere along the line, he either got scared or made a deal with the devil. The 'Swamp' won. Nothing can be done about it now; the Trump Show is going to have to run its course. But if America is wise, we will see things for what they truly are.

The old saying goes..."A picture is worth a thousand words." In keeping with that slogan, here's the picture which summarizes what's going on with the whole Trump circus. This is the "SWAMP" ...

Now, just imagine what would happen if Trump went away!! (Mic drop)

I would only add it is clear the Republic has perished.

What we are today is in flux, but it is no longer the Republic.

I would agree. I was thinking exactly that just the other day. Change is definitely afoot. Where our society will land is unclear. The current younger generations have smashed the mold and made it abundantly clear that the continuation of this republic in its current form is something they are not interested in. I just hope they're smart enough (and I don't think they are) to not create a society which our forefathers 247 years ago clearly saw as worth the risk of their very lives to change.
